Y/N POV

I looked at my belly in the mirror, remembering when Liam was so small he fit in there

He sure as hell kicked around in there though

I pulled down my shirt and walked to the kitchen and hissed in pain, making my father look up from his newspaper

"Buttercup?" He got up and came to me, "I'm fine papa, I just have some cramps," I confessed as he walked to me the living room

"I'll get you a hot water bottle and something to eat," he walked over and I waited, but not long before he bought it over and some cookies my mom had made

"Hello?" I answered my phone, putting the bottle to my stomach, "Ms. Saiki, there has been a situation with the board and they are demanding your presence to have their positions reinstated," Deborah spoke on the phone as I breathed

"Okay, I will be there in 2 hours," I hung up and got up, "you shouldn't go if you're in pain," my father got up and helped me

"I'll be fine papa, my body is just responding to all the stress," I smiled at him before walking to my room

I got dressed in a simple pantsuit and had Trev drive me

Mama is out with Liam
Everyone else went to scout out the building
So it was just me and papa at home

The pain surged through me, making a groan leave my mouth as I breathed through it, "should I turn around?" Trev asked, "no, no, I'll be fine," I nodded to him, rubbing my belly

We got to the building and he helped me upstairs and into the room, where everyone immediately stood

"Ms. Saiki you must reinstate us- we have helped you build this company and you owe us!" One of the men shouted as I held my stomach

"You will not raise your voice to me in my building, so I suggest you act civil before I make you become civilized," I responded and he sat down in his chair as I groaned

"You have my notes on the matter, please discuss briefly," I whispered to Deborah who gave me a worried nod before I walked out of the room and into my office

I sat down on my chair, trying to find some sort of relief in rolling my neck as Trev watched me

"Ah! Ahh!" I screamed, trying to quiet myself and Trev immediately came over and held my hand as I hunched over, trying to contain myself

I sat looking down at her as the monitors beeped around us, slightly giving me relief in knowing she's stable

She looked around, noticing that we're in a hospital room and met my eyes again, "how far along?" She questioned

"A few weeks short of 2 months," I responded as she nodded, looking off at the wall
