Fifteen.

Thomas' POV

Newt tossed and turned in the bed, whimpering in fear as he screamed and cried which woke me up.

"Newt? Baby.." He kept on groaning and moaning and talking in his sleep. "Please don't do this to him.. please.." He cried, "TOMMY NO!" He suddenly screamed, I shook Newt nonstop until he woke up, once he did, I hugged him tight. "Oh Newtie.." I whispered in his ear, stroking his hair as he cried in my shoulder.

Newts POV

I never told Thomas I still have very triggering dreams, I never ever reacted to a dream like this- but it was just too much and too scary, especially since it was Thomas.
I have dreams that Thomas keeps getting taken away from me or we get into fights or something. I don't know why, but I do. I just hope me and Thomas never break apart like we did before.

I relaxed in his touch, calming down afterwards. He continued on stroking my hair and rubbing my back, comforting me. "What happened baby?" He whispered.
I took a deep breath, sitting up and looking into his eyes. "I had a dream that you were taken away, and they hurt you." I looked down at my hands, sighing. "Tommy I still have triggering dreams." I cried, leaning back onto his should. I heard him sniff but I just ignored it. "I'm sorry."

I lifted my chin and looked deep into my eyes. "It's not your fault, there's no reason to be sorry. We'll get through this together." I smiled, pressing my lips to his soft ones. "Promise?"

He examined my face and looked into my eyes. "I promise." He said softly, smiling wide.

"I promise on my life that we will get through this together and I also promise that I'll protect you, because I love you and care for you, and thats why I wanted to marry you."

Then he pressed his lips to mine again.
