In a village in China. People lined up along to road to watch the dragon dancers and parade go by.
"Oh nuts, I'm standing on Baljeet's shoulders and I still can't see anything." Buford complained, stuck behind the crowd of people.
Baljeet was laying flat on the ground with Buford stood on top of him. "This is not how it works!"
"Relax, everyone." Phineas said, getting their attention. Him and his brother were stood on a wooden platform. "Ferb and I have devised a solution. Hop on!"
The boys all climbed on and Phineas cranked the wind-up attachment to make the platform rise up into the air so they could see above the crowd.
Candace gasped when she saw them in the distance. "Phineas and Ferb! With technology that slightly more advanced than what we have today! Mom!"
"You are doing it again." Baljeet complained when Buford stood on him again.
"It helps my arches." Buford said.
"Look guys!" Phineas pointed down at the jiao being carried down the road. "It's Regent Monogram!" He then saw the ravenette standing in the jiao and waving at the people. "And that girl must be Princess Isabella."
Inside the jioa, Piper looked up at Regent Monogram. "Father, when can we meet some of the local children?"
Isabella sat excitedly down next to him. "Oh, yes, Regent Monogram! Can we?"
The Regent sighed. "I'm afraid it's just not safe for you both in the wide world. What with Doofus Khan on the loose..."
Isabella crossed her arms in frustration. "Doofus Khan! He has been a plague on our land for far too long!"
"I promise, once his forces have been defeated, we'll throw you the biggest party money can buy. Of course, it won't cost you anything, because you're a hereditary monarch."
Unknown to them, two mean dressed as acrobats, flipped and performed down the road towards. Once they got close enough, they pulled out their swords and revealed themselves to be Doofus Khan's warriors.
As soon as they revealed themselves, more warriors ran I to the crowd, causing everyone to panic and scatter.
One of the warriors, leaped into the jiao, grapped the princess and jumped out the other side.
"Isabella!" Piper yelled and shot up.
"Now, you see, that is exactly what I was--" The Regent cut himself off with a gasp when he finally realized what happened. "The princess!"
The Piper screamed when she was yanked right out of the doorway and carried off.
"Piper!"
"Father, help!"
"Buford, get us down there! Quick!" Phineas exclaimed and Buford tried to lower the platform as fast as he could.
Ferb saw the guy, who had the Regent's daughter, run directly under them, so he jumped. Much to the worry of his brother.
Ferb landed right on the kidnapper, causing him to hit the ground and drop the Albino. Ferb then hopped back up, grabbed her hand, and they ran off into the panicked crowd.
"Princess! Piper!" Regent ran out in a panic.
A man in black in red ran up to him. "Shall I order the final attack, sir?"
"No, no, General Carl! A full scale attack now would the princess and my daughter at risk! Oh, if only Master Perry had not given up the way of the warrior and gone to live contemplative life on the Unclimbable Mountain of Unclimbableness! He could retrieve the girls. Oh, if only someone could reach him and tell him of our plight!"
