"What's wrong with you?" Ni-ki asked, slightly concerned for the elder. "What do you mean, you dumbass?" Sunghoon asked as he frowned at him. Ni-ki widened his eyes in response. "You don't need to call me bad names just because you're mad, Sunghoon hyung." Ni-ki glared at him, making Sunghoon sigh in response.

"I'm sorry." Sunghoon let out a sigh as he glanced at Ni-ki. "As long as you apologize, it's okay." Ni-ki smiled at him.

"You don't want to tell me what's wrong, right?" Sunghoon nodded in response. "Than, I'll just be there next to you; is that okay?" Ni-ki asked. Sunghoon nodded in response. "Okay." He sighed. He noticed that Sunghoon was shaking and how much he was sweating. He wanted to call the ambulance or something, but Sunghoon said that he was fine and that it'd go away. He listened to him until he saw Sunghoon's eyes getting teary, and Ni-ki felt helpless. He wanted to help Sunghoon; they were, after all, friends, or that was what he felt they were.

He glanced away. He wanted to hug Sunghoon, tell him that he'd be okay, or at least hold his hand while assuring him that everything would be fine. Sunghoon didn't want any of that. Just somebody to be here when he was struggling.

Flashback

"Stop hugging me!!!" Sunghoon shouted at the girl, but she didn't listen. "Why? You don't like me anymore?" She asked. Of course, Ni-ki was there, witnessing it all.

"Uh, he's not fond of it; could you stop?" He interrupted. "What do you know? Is he your boyfriend or something?" The girl asked, not letting go of Sunghoon's waist.

Sunghoon froze in place as if he were reliving something, and Ni-ki was afraid. He smacked the girl's hands off Sunghoon's waist, grabbing Sunghoon's hand and leading them to the toilet. He could feel Sunghoon tighten the grip, but Ni-ki didn't mind one bit. He needed Sunghoon to feel okay somehow.

"Why me?" Sunghoon whined as tears started escaping his eyes. "It'll be okay, Hyung; I need you to trust me." Ni-ki let out a sigh as he glanced at Sunghoon for a second before turning his gaze to the door. "I...trust you." Ni-ki couldn't help but smile, but he was still concerned for the elder.

Ni-ki was sure that someone has touched Sunghoon in an inappropriate way before; why would he react to hugs in that way? If he wasn't fond of it, he would just get annoyed or something, but Sunghoon was terrified of it. He wanted to ask him about it, but Sunghoon wouldn't say anything back.

He asked a few times, but Sunghoon was quiet. He didn't want to say a word.

He hoped that Sunghoon would be fine; he grew fond of him in such a short time, and he didn't want to lose him.

Sunghoon never wanted Ni-ki to see that side of him and how concerned Ni-ki was for him. Sunghoon ended up giving him his number so that Ni-ki would be convinced that he was okay.

He sighed as he glanced at his phone. He asked him how he's doing and Sunghoon being Sunghoon only replied with a dry "I'm fine" . Ni-ki didn't believe him one bit, he wanted to call him and check on him, but he'd only call him annoying again.

Sunghoon sighed.

Sometimes Ni-ki was a nuisance to him. He did accept that people care for him. He felt stupid for making up an excuse about coffee and that that was why he was always up so late, but Ni-ki fell for it, and Sunghoon was glad that he did. He didn't want to bother him, and he wasn't that close to him.

He turned to the other side trying to fall asleep.
