~Cassidy McCall~

The night before school started up again should have been fun but it was a full moon so Scott, Stiles, and I were on Liam Damage Control. He's normally been in control since the night in Mexico but he went a little... crazy last month.

Stiles has been planning for college since the summer began. He wants the whole pack to stay together after highschool. Apparently he had a "vision" and he needs to make the "vision" happen. Right now, he's looking at apartments with Scott.

"Uhh Stiles?" I mumble. "Maybe you should wait until you actually get into college before you start worrying about where to live."

"Cassidy. I had a vision, trust the vision." Stiles sasses me.

"Can you feel it?" I asked my brother who was staring up at the full moon while sitting on the hood of the beat up Jeep.

"No, just thinking." Scott replied.

"About what?" I pressure him.

"Senior year." He answers.

"Senior year?" Stiles scoffed. "C'mon that's gonna be easy. That's nothing."
"Have you ever heard of Regression of The Mean?" Scott questions the two of us.

"No. What is it?" I reply while Stiles shakes his head.

"It's basically Deaton's way of saying that life can't ever be all good or all bad. You know, eventually things have to come back to the middle." Scott explains. "So think about the last few months. Things have been good right? But not amazing."

"I mean no one's tried to kill us in the past six months." Stiles says.

"Right. We've been pretty much in the middle. Which means at some point, the scale is going to have to tip one way or the other. So things are going to get really good again-"

"Or really bad." Stiles cuts off my older brother.

I looked over to my boyfriend who was currently chained to a tree. "Do you guys think it's been long enough?" I ask the two older boy.

"Yes!" Liam replies from the tree.

"Hey! We're trying to have an adult conversation here." Stiles scolds Liam.

"Alright you guys are two years older than me. And Cassie's younger than me." Liam protests. "Plus I'm fine!"

We walk over to the tree Liam is chained to and Scott walks closer to talk to his beta.

"It's not that we don't trust you." Scott tells the young werewolf.

"It's that I don't trust you." Stiles blurts. I hit him lightly in the arm with a shut up look.

"But after that last full moon..." Scott trails off, giving Liam a concerned look.

"It was one slip up." Liam defends himself.

"Slip up?" I scoff. "A dozen calls to the sheriffs department about a 'monstrous dog-boy running around the streets of Beacon Hills naked.' That's a slip up?" I may be his girlfriend but I was not going to let him get away with calling that a 'slip up'.

"Why were you naked?" Scott asks, obviously confused.

"It was hot out that night." Liam replies sheepishly. His response makes me giggle. Liam then gives me a look. "Oh you liked it Cass, don't pretend you didn't." Liam jokes.

"Mmmm, totally." I joke back, once again giggling.

Completely ignoring Liam and I's playful conversation, Scott asks his beta, "You're in complete and total control?"

"Complete and total." Liam responds. Scott began to unchain him. The minute he was free, the blues eyed boy pulled me into his arms. "I missed you." He whispered into my ear.

As we sat in the jeep on our way to pick up Malia, Liam was trying to figure out what the Senior Scribe is by bombarding my brother and Stiles with questions.

"Is it a party?" Liam asked.

"No." Stiles quickly replied.

"What's at midnight?" Liam continued to question Stiles.

"Your bedtime." That shut Liam up. His face got all red and made me giggle. "Yours too Cassidy."

"Rude." I protest.

Liam laughed at me before asking, "Then why aren't the girls going?"

"They're meeting us there." Stiles explained. "And just stop asking questions, alright? It's a senior thing, you'll know what it is when you're a senior." Stiles looked back at us through the rear view mirror.

In the back seat, I scooted closer to Liam and laid my head on his shoulder. Well, I actually completely cuddled up to him. What can I say, my boyfriends a good cuddler and I'm freaking tired.

"Are you guys having trouble with your phones?" Scott asked, causing me to sit up.

We all immediately grabbed our phones to check but stopped our action when the jeep came to a stop.

"What the hell?" Stiles questions while trying to restart the car.

"Are you out of gas?" I ask as the two seniors walk out of the car.

"No, it's electrical." Stiles explains. Scott and Stiles tell Liam and I to stay in the car while they try to fix it. Liam looks stressed which I guess is caused by the full moon. I cuddle up to him again and this time he wraps his arms around me.

"Are you tired Cassidy?" Liam asks.

"No I'm fine. Can I not cuddle with my boyfriend?" I sass him.

"I'm not complaining, just checking." Liam laughs, kissing my forehead.
Then, a flash of light causes us to pull apart and look to the source behind us. Lightning had hit the street and sparks were all over the pavement.
"Guys?" I yelled to the boys fixing the jeep.

"Yeah give us a second Cass." Stiles yells back.

"You two stay in the car." Scott instructs us.

So we sat back down, not getting comfortable this time, it would probably get ruined anyway.
I was right of course. As Scott and Stiles turned their attention back to the jeep, a flash of lightning struck a few feet away from them. Liam then sat up and turned the key, starting the car.

"Can we go now?" I ask. Scott and Stiles get back in the jeep and we drive away from the abandon road.
We drove up to Malia and he father (well apparently not her real one but the one she lived with?)

"Sorry we're late." Stiles apologized to his werecoyote girlfriend. She just kissed him right on the lips. If I can tell you one thing, it's 'don't watch the boy who's basically your brother make out with his girl friend.'

Then Liam, being the wise ass he is, leans into the front and says to Malia "I'm sorry too." So I pulled him back and hit his arm.

"Oooo. Did I make you jealous?" Liam teases as I continue to hit his arms and chest. I know it doesn't affect him, so don't go around thinking that I think I have any strength. Because I have none.

"You didn't make me jealous but you're being mean!" I proclaim.

Then Liam takes my hands into his and intertwines our fingers. He leans in and whispers into my ear "I love you." This always makes me blush.

I lean into him and whisper "I love you too." I lean away and we smile at eachother. "When Scot was talking about Regression to the Mean he said things will either get really good or really bad again. Things can't possibly get bad again, right?"

"Of course not. I'm sure we'll have good karma this time around. Things won't get bad again babe." Liam told me and I nodded.

Boy were we wrong.
