It was two more months before the two of them chose just to do a legal wedding, they went to the court house to sign off on their marriage together before going to get marriage bands for around their left ring fingers. It was the middle of May when Tana was contacted by her lawyer about the court date for her mother. 

"Afternoon Dillan, how goes the court case thing?" Tana asked as she was in the midst of making lunch for Zack and her

"Well enough, we have a date for the case now. It took a while for everything to go through."

"Oh good, when is it?"

"June third."

"Oh shit? Really that soon?!"

"Well yeah, after all of the things that I've placed out there plus the fact that your mother has been trying to push the case for it to open on trial. They finally did so. Where you able to change your name?"

"Mhm, My name is officially Tana Foster now."

"Foster? I thought your family name was Hano?"

"I got married while I waited, the family name I go by is my husbands family name." She said happily

"Ahn, well congrats on being married Tana. I'm going to need to have a copy of both your marriage registration and the change of your name."

"Sure, I can bring it to you tomorrow, today I'm rather busy."

"Oh that's fine. Just before the court date I need a copy of both."

"Alrighty can do Dillan. Anything else that I need to know?"

"Yes actually, do you work right now?"

"Nope, I don't."

"Good, if you had I would have advised you not to leave your house. Your mother has been searching everywhere for you. The police and all of the government officials have been told due to the case not to let your mother know where you live due to what you've said when you went to the police station. I can assure you that things will go in your favor."

"Well I don't leave my house anyways. So like it matters."

"That's good to hear, I'll let you know when you're needed out."

"Sure thing Dillan."

"Have a good afternoon Tana."

"You too Dillan."

Once Tana hung up Zack leaned against the door way. "That your lawyer you talked to?"

"Mhm, June third I have my court case about my shit mother."

"When that happens I'll be there to support you."

"I'd like to fuckin' hope so, you are my husband after all." Tana said with a smile as she walked up to him and kissed him on the lips. 

He kissed her back as he held onto her hips tightly. "You know it's still fucked up it took so damn long for us to even do that."

"Life happens sweetie. Now I need you to let go of me so I can finish lunch."

"What are you making this time?"

"I was thinking macaroni and cheese."

He was in thought for a moment before he went to the stove and turned it off, he then went back to Tana to pick her up. She squealed out shocked that he had picked her up as he took her to their shared room. 

"ZACK FOSTER YOU PLACE ME DOWN RIGHT NOW SIR!" She shouted annoyed

He let out a small chuckle and placed her on their bed making her squeal out again before she sat up only for him to push her back down and kiss her on the lips. "You've been rather stand-offish since we signed those papers legally binding us together, it's been months since you've let me touch you. Why?"

She averted her eyes as she heard his question to her. "I....I don't want to get pregnant if you don't want to have a family with me." She said sadly

Zack let out a sigh before he pressed his forehead against hers. "Do you remember what I told you the day you came back the first time you were in the hospital? When I had cut off our bandages and we had sex for the first time together?"

Tana looked at him sadly as she placed one of her hands over the side of his face. "You said you didn't care if we had little shits together...T-that as long as you were around me that's all that mattered to you."

He smiled and kissed her on the lips once more. "I still strongly feel that way now, even more so now that we're married. There's no damn fucking reason why we can't have our own little shits together. You're the only woman I've ever felt this way around, I've never been sexually attracted to a woman before-let alone had the feeling of wanting to love a female like I have you. You are a very special woman to me and I'm more than happy to have you by my side Tana."

She teared up hearing him speak. "A-Are you absolutely sure you want to deal with kiddos that come from this happening?"

"As long as they're our kiddos, I don't give two fucks."

Tana then wrapped her arms around his neck before she kissed him lovingly on the lips. "Then fuck me Zack Foster, don't just say you will."

Zack grinned hearing her speak. "As my lady wishes you better hold on tight missy, I'm not going to be gentle or soft with you today."

"I wouldn't expect you to."
