After Stolas closed the door and locked it, making sure no one would burge in and see you with him, he sighed softly, a bit of sadness in it. It sure felt awful to be excluded from a party that was accuring in your OWN home.

You looked around the room, admiring, just like the rest of the palace, how beautiful it's texture and aesthetic is. You looked at the bed, which had marks that were similar to Stolas's figures of a hat and an owl, and guessed this was his bedroom.

Now that you think about it... You remembered that the guest room he took you to yesterday was a floor above where you are now. And actually to the much left side of the Palace. You blushed in embarrassment at the fact the owl was able to hear you 𝘮𝘰𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 all the way from here...!

Yeahhh... It's best not to do that again.

You soon skipped over your thoughts, and turned around to look at Stolas, who was staring at the picture of himself, smirking proudly and holding a glass of wine. He sure looked... Much different than how he truly is in that moment.

"Stolas..." You walked over to him. "Are you OK?" You asked, gently placing a hand on his. He seems to awaken from his thoughts, widening his eyes and looking down at you, forming a sweet smile. "O-oh yes! Forgive me, I just a little moment thinking for myself" he said a tad nervously. "I simply wondered... How I managed to even try to fake being... 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨. All along" he explained, his "𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴" hinted about himself in the photo.
"That... Arrogant, Careless prince that Hell wants me to be"

You showed a small smile at him, before looking at the picture as well. You understood what he meant, tilting your head a bit as you admired it. Stolas actually looked rather nice in it...

"Well... I guess it's 𝘧𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵" you joked a bit.
Stolas looked at you, before letting out a playfully annoyed Huff and a laugh. "Yeah, Right!" He chuckled softly. You chuckled as well, happy that you at least managed to help him ease his mind. "the problem is... I do not enjoy faking it at all. not one bit" he said, his smile falling. "especially when my sweet owlette in with me"

you gave him an empathic expression. you were about to try and comfort him again, but he kept on venting to you. "and especially in the human realm. there are these... demon obsessed lunatics who keep on trying to summon me for some stupid sacrafice rituals. last time I was promised there would be cake, but all I got was a splash of mortal blood into my face!" he complained. you would have feel horrified by it, but you held out a snicker to how funny imagining it happening to him would look like.

he began to walk back, sitting on his bed, sighing. "the point is... I'm feeling weary of all these dumb prince stereotypes... I just wish I could avoid my duties. even for a little while."

you stood infront of him, listening to his words. a bit of silence followed, as you thought of what to say. you didn't even notice Stolas looking at you with widened eyes, as an idea popped in his head. "hey!" he spoke up, startling you a bit. "how about YOU take these duties from me for a while?"

you widened your eyes. WHAT??? "huh??? are you CRAZY?! I'm not going to replace yo-" "not! replace me" he stopped your panicked reaction, raising a hand with a calming smile. "I meant... my grimoir". your expression eased, yet you still looked at him with confusion. his... grimoir?

he noticed your confusion, and simply chuckled lightly as he used his hand to create a bluish purple space magic. soon, you raised your eyebrows as you saw one of the books from the shelves float towards him. you could never get used to seeing witchcraft like this... once the book was in his hand, the magic stopped, and he opened it with ease. your pupils dilated with awe as you saw lights, stars and constellations float up from the book and fade lightly.

"this... is my grimoir" he explained to you. "it holds all my knowledge, spells and abilities! it even allows me to travel beyond worlds" he smiled at you. you could have swore he was a wizard at this point. "there are many more spells in it which I have not even tried yet! but some I master completely that I am able to use them without it"

you listened with interest. a small smile tagged at your lips as you stared at the book, before your awe was cut off as Stolas closed the book. "so for now... I would like you to have it!" he said with a smile. once again... WHAT??? this prince is letting a sinner he just met overnight... to borrow his grimoir... he must have some serious trust in you.

"I-I... I don't think I can..." you showed hesitations, backing away a bit panicked. "oh do not fear! I assure you some of these spells are harmless" he smiled sweetly, as if it was meant to calm your nerves. "n-no I mean..." you thought of what to say. deep down, you felt guilty about the fact you actually wanted to get a hold of it. you stayed quiet a bit, before sighing. "you can't... give it to me just like that... what do you get in return?" you asked in a soft voice.

the owl raised his eyebrows, and began to think a little. "right... it wouldn't be proffesional without a fair deal, now would it?" he nodded, agreeing with your statement. yet you bit your lip slightly. you could never know what he might want in return for borrowing his grimoir. but before your anxiety could trouble you about what impossible stuff he might demand of you, you raised your eyebrows as you noticed he had another idea. yet  this time... you noticed he had a blush on his face, and a small devious smirk. you could guess it was a naughty... dangerous idea.

he slowly got up, walking towards you with the grimoir. how tall he was always managed to surprise you. "(y/n)" he began. "I just have to mention... last night with you was... rather spectacular" he said, a small flirt in his voice. you blushed deeply, your eyes stared up at him widely. whyyyy did he have to mention it????

"I must admit I rather enjoyed your reactions to my touch... I never managed to make someone make these beautiful noises that you were... I hope... pleased to make" he smiled at you. your heart beated fastly, as you tightly grabbed your sleeve. what was he getting at?? why is he mentioning this event all of a sudden? and why the FUCK he had to arouse you like that?!

"perhaps..." he purred lightly. "in the borrow of my grimoir... we can continue where we started?" he smirked, his eyes showing such mischief yet pleading at the same time. for the third time.... WHAT?!?!?! you couldn't contain your blush, as it covered your entire face at this point. you stared up at him, frozen. the more the silence continued, the more nervous the owl got, as he was about to reach the p-ick of embarassment from your reaction.

do you... actually want this...?
