The Fox and the Rabbit!

Chapter 3

Two years ago!

The sun lightly rose up over the snowy mountains to the north of the large continent that was Aramoore. A large boat approaches the dock on the north east of the continent. A crowd of people start to slowly descend the ramp and onto the dock.
Suddenly an average height woman steps upon the dock, Her red heels tap on the oak wood of the dock and as she folds her arms across her broad chest. Her long pink hair lightly flowed in the breeze as she headed to the shore end of the dock.
The nearby Kingdom was busy, there were people outside the gates waiting to get inside. The pink haired woman ran her hands through her hair revealing a set of curly white horns on either side of her head that ended in pink the same shade as her hair. Her emerald green eyes scanned the people in line, she was checking to see if she could find someone vulnerable enough to sneak in line with to get into the Kingdom walls fast.
She walks up to an unsuspecting man in cloth clothing. He stands there looking in his coin purse and counting his coins. She slides up next to him and slowly walks her fingers up his arm.
"Hello there." She bats her eyelashes as he looks down at her, his eyes instantly going to the amount of skin exposed on her chest. His eyes widened as he looks up slowly into her eyes.
"Oh... Hi..." His voice was shaky and he was clearly nervous. A light blush formed over his face.
"Hi, my name is Yuu." She brushes a strand of hair behind her ear and looks up at him through her long lashes. She folded one arm under her chest pushing up her boobs a bit more.
The blush on the mans face grows more and his eyes instantly go to her chest. He then quickly puts away his coin purse and snakes an arm around Yuu's shoulder, the tips of his fingers lightly touching the top of her cleavage.

The line was moving slow, but Yuu and this strange man were close to the front. Yuu's face was showing how unimpressed she was that she was forced to being next to this creep who was taking advantage to cop a feel.
A group of four hooded guys came out of the Kingdom, One wearing cobalt blue armor, one wearing all black armor, one wearing red and black and a short man in grey armor. A set of scarlet red eyes from the guy in red armor fall upon Yuu and she felt her heart skip a beat.
The strange man pulls Yuu in a bit more, his drool litterly dripping down onto her body. The pure disgust on Yuu's face as she turns away from him to avoid him attempting to kiss her lips.
The guy in the red armor narrows his eyes on Yuu and the guy and without thinking he starts to walk over to them.
"Oh hey, there you are! Ive been looking for you!" He speaks as he reaches his hand out and grabs Yuu's hand and pulls her away from the creep guy. Yuu looks up into his scarlet eyes and she smiles after understanding that he was saving her. She lightly places her hands upon his chest and leans against him.
"I am sorry sweetheart. I thought I lost you." Yuu places her face upon his chest. She looks at the stranger who she tried to swindle and gives an apologetic wink as her and this new guy start to walk away.
After they were away from everyone and safe, Yuu tried to lightly push away from the armored guy but he held onto her tightly.
"Just come with me. I will explain later." His voice was low as he leads her to the other three.
The shortest of them turned as they both approached. He takes one quick look up at Yuu and he starts rubbing his chin and approaches slowly.
"Oh hey fox, who is your... beautiful cambion baddie friend!" He tries to fake low charming voice that makes Yuu snicker.
"Oh, he is cute!" Yuu laughs as she bends over from the waist to meet him at eye level. She grabs his chin and looks into his eyes, since that was the only part of his face she could see and she smiles. His eyes shoot right at her chest and she just giggles.
"I just saved her from some creep." The guy named Fox chuckled as he leaned back a little, checking out Yuu's ass. Yuu stood up and she looked back at him and raised a hand up and in that hand was a coin purse.
"Oh he wouldnt have gotten through that gate anyways." She smiles as she shakes the bag.
Fox chuckles and nods as he looks up to see the other two walk up. Fox stands up straight quickly at attention. The man in the blue armor looks Yuu over and then raises an eyebrow.
"So Fox, who is this?" He folds his arms across his chest and looks between Fox and Yuu.
"Oh uh, Lion, I thought she could be a new recruit!" Fox wraps his arm around Yuu's shoulder.
Yuu holds her hand out and smiles. The guy named Lion takes her hand and shakes it. He then looks her up and down again and even though he was wearing a mask, she could tell that he was smiling.
"If she wants to join our group, then she will have to show us she is willing to fight!" Lion says as he turns away and walks to his horse and hops on the back of it. He nods his head to say "Come on" as he turns his horse in the direction of the shore.
Fox places his hand upon her back and motions towards his horse.

The Five of them made it to the small island to the far north of the continent. The small one that Yuu learned is called Goose called it the 'Fingers Island' since when you hold the map of Aramoore a certain way the island is hidden under your fingers. Once they reached the small keep they called home Fox parked his horse and jumped down, he extended his arms up to assist Yuu down off the horse. She smiled and took his invitation and lightly hopped into his arms as he lowered her down onto the ground.
"Wow this is quite the home!" Yuu looked around in awe at all the buildings.
The large walled in compound had a total of Five buildings, Fox shows her around a bit pointing out that the first building to the right as they enter is the kitchen and barracks. The round building behind it was the Mage tower that belonged to the guy in the all black armor named Raven. In the middle back of the compound was a large building, Fox called it the meeting room, he even pointed out that Lions office was the top floor of the building. The next building to the left of that one that he showed her was the forge where they made their weapons and armor. Lastly the building he showed her was the infirmary, he said it use to belong to a previous member who left not that long ago.
Fox walks her upstairs to Lions office where all the members she had met before including one more person stood in the room. All of them no longer wore their hoods and masks.
Lion was a dark elf with silver and black hair that flowed a bit long and onto the shoulders of his blue armor. Fox was a Cambion with slick back black hair and his slightly curly black horns came from his forehead, and he had a beard. The one named Goose had a long beard and Yuu learned he was a gnome, which made sense for his short height. The man named Raven was an Elf with long light blonde hair, he owned the mage tower. The last of them was a man named Robin, he was a human man with short brown hair.
"Alright, so Fox says that you may be interested in joining us?" Lion intertwines his fingers together and places his elbows onto the top of his desk.
"What exactly is this group?" Yuu folds her arms across her chest and raises an eyebrow.
"We are called the Scarlet Gauntlet! We are a band of Monster hunters, our goal is to cleanse Aramoore of all the Werewolves, Vampires and Cyclops that plague this continent!" Lion stands and then slams his gauntleted fist upon his chest as he explains their cause.
"Well, Fox told me that you guys are now down a member and may be in need of someone who is well versed in the medical field. I'm also a really good cook and I'm really good at entertaining with amazing music!" Yuu smiled and did a little bow at the end of her sentence.
Fox walks up behind Yuu and almost wraps an arm around her shoulder. She slightly turns her head to look up at him, He was a full head taller than her and her face lightly turned red as she was just now getting a closer look to him.
"Alright, well if you are going to join us you are going to need a code name. We are the scarlet gauntlet do not use our real names, it is easier to stay secret. We go with a Color and an animal to define us." Lion sits down and grabs a stack of papers.
"How about... The Rose Rabbit!" Yuu smiles and motions to her red clothing as she lightly bows. Lion nods and writes down on his paper 'Rose Rabbit'
