Chapter 45

----Niall----

I had just let Lena in with Harry and I went into Louis' room. I saw Aspen crying her eyes out. She must have truly loved him. I personally don't know if he's going to make it.....I don't want him to die. Seeing him lay there, almost lifeless, made my eyes tear. I don't know what I would do if he left us. I think I would basically die inside.....

I saw Lena leave Harry's room, so I left Louis' to comfort her. We were finally together, and this happens. She walks right into my open arms. She stars to cry and mumble things into my sweeter.

Lena: "It's all my fault."

Me: "How is their car accident your fault?!?"

Lena: "There's something I need to tell you. I know why they crashed....."

Me: "So do I. Louis was probably doing something stupid and swerved off the road."

Lena: "No. It's not that. It's my fault why they're gonna die....just please stay close to the girls and I. Someone will try to make something happen to you. I love you. Never forget that Niall. No matter if your here or not."

Me: "Why are you talking like I'm dying?!?"

Lena: "Because. There's a possibility that you will." *lets a tear fall*

Me: "Hey. Look at me." *lifts Lena's head* "I'm not going anywhere if it's the last thing I do."

Lena: "H-he....he wants me dead."

Me: "Who??"

Lena: "Mr. Blakemen. It's a long story. We've been under his control for a long time. We recently escaped him, but he's found us and trying to kill the one's we love first and then us. This is why you have to stay safe. If anything happened to you....I...I don't know what I would do....and I need to tell you something else too...."

Me: "I won't let him hurt you. Your mine love. Your stuck with me forever and always. And what else??"

Lena: "Umm....Liam and I are related...."

Me: "HOW?!"

Lena: "He's my brother...."

Me: "Really?!?!"

Lena: "Yes!"

Me: "How long have you two known that?"

Lena: "A couple hours....the nurse said that we looked similar and then we laughed as she walked away. Then we looked at each other and we do look alike. He said he needed to make a phone call, but he really went to call his mum. She said that she did have a daughter, but that was when she had travel to the states.....we found out that she had put me up for adoption right after I was born. I didn't even have a name yet....."

Me: "Aw babe." *leans down to hug Lena*

As I was leaning down I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I fell over and onto the floor. I tasted blood and realized that it was almost pouring from my mouth. I looked up at Lena and saw her screaming for help. Everything felt as though it was in slow motion. Lena running up to me, the nurses picking me up and laying me on a stretcher. This felt like a nightmare that I couldn't escape.

The last thing I remember is being rushed into surgery, then I blacked out......
