The Wedding of a Lifetime

Ten years had passed s ince the dark revelations of their family's past came to light. The scars remained, but so did the strength they found in each other. Kim had faced many challenges, and through it all, his love for his family grew stronger. Today was a day of celebration, a day that promised a new beginning, yet tinged with a bittersweet memory.

The grand hall was beautifully decorated, filled with flowers and soft candlelight. Friends and family gathered, their faces alight with joy and anticipation. Kim stood outside the room where Macau was getting ready, feeling a rush of emotions.

Kim took a deep breath and entered the room. Macau was seated, having the final touches of his makeup applied. He looked up and smiled warmly at Kim.

"Kid, I'm so nervous," Kim admitted, his voice shaky.

Macau stood and hugged him tightly. "Don't be nervous, Kim. Everything will be alright."

Kim felt a wave of calm wash over him. Macau's reassurance was exactly what he needed. They stood together for a moment, drawing strength from each other.

The music began to play, a gentle melody that filled the room with warmth. Kim and Macau walked forward, arm in arm. Kim's heart pounded with a mixture of emotions, but he felt a steady resolve knowing he was there for Macau. The guests rose, their smiles and whispers creating a wave of excitement.

At the end of the aisle, Kim's heart swelled with happiness and a touch of melancholy as they approached the altar.

Standing at the altar were the children, looking adorably dressed and excited. As Kim and Macau approached, the kids looked up at their papa, Kim, with wide smiles. Kim smiled back at them, and they blew him flying kisses. Kim chuckled, his heart warming at their innocent gesture.

As they reached the front, Kim gently handed Macau over to Sky, his hands steady but his heart filled with emotion.

"Take care of him," Kim whispered to Sky, his voice thick with emotion.

Sky nodded, his eyes shining. "I will, I promise."

The ceremony continued, with Macau and Sky exchanging heartfelt vows. The children stood by, watching with rapt attention. When the officiant pronounced them married, and the newlyweds shared a tender kiss, the room erupted in applause and cheers.

Kim looked up at the sky, a painful yet grateful smile on his face. He glanced at the engagement ring on his finger, memories of Vegas flooding back. The pain of loss mingled with the joy of the present moment.

After the ceremony, as Macau and Sky shared their first dance as a married couple, the children played nearby, their laughter mingling with the soft music. The atmosphere was filled with joy and celebration, but Kim felt a familiar emptiness inside.

Feeling the need to be alone, Kim slipped away from the hall and made his way to the beach. The moonlight cast a silvery glow on the sand, and the sound of the waves provided a soothing backdrop.

Kim sat down on the sand, staring out at the ocean. The memories of Vegas flooded his mind-every laugh, every touch, every moment they had shared. Tears welled up in his eyes as he remembered the love they had and the future they had planned together.

Alone on the beach, Kim allowed himself to grieve. The pain of loss was sharp, but so was the love he still felt for Vegas. He sat there, lost in his memories, letting the tears flow freely.

"Vegas, I miss you so much," he whispered into the night, his voice carried away by the gentle breeze. "I love you so much vegaa"

Suddenly, he heard the familiar sound of his children's voices. "Papa!" they screamed, their little feet pounding against the sand as they ran towards him.
