Jaehyun entered the office, holding Tae's hand as they walked at a slow pace. The morning air was crisp, and Tae, bundled up in a small coat, was clutching his father's hand tightly. As they approached the gallery, Theo spotted them and greeted them warmly.
"Hey, Jaehyun! You're here early," Theo notes, raising an eyebrow. "Why did you want to go to my father's office so soon?"
Jaehyun laughs nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. "I tend to get anxious when I'm nervous, and being early helps calm me down."
Theo chuckles softly. "No worries, it's fine. We can wait in my father's office. Come on, I'll take you there."
Jaehyun nods, relieved that Theo doesn't find his early arrival suspicious. They make their way to Theo's car, with Jaehyun carrying Tae in his arms. As they drive to Martin Enterprises, Jaehyun's mind races. He has come early on purpose, hoping to find some time to look around Mr. Martin's office. He just needs to find a way to ensure Theo isn't around while he does so.
On the way during the small talks Jaehyun jokes, "If this deal goes through successful, then dinner on me tonight,"
Theo laughs, "I never say no to free food and besides I know you will get it, don't worry,"
Once they reach Martin Enterprises, Theo guides them inside. The receptionist, who recognizes Theo, greets them politely. Theo speaks briefly with her before returning to Jaehyun.
"My dad's in a meeting right now, but we can wait for him in his cabin," Theo says.
Jaehyun nods, following Theo as they make their way to the cabin. As they settle inside, Jaehyun looks around the room, scanning for anything that might be useful. He needs a way to convince Theo to leave the cabin for a while.
He glances at Tae in his arms and an idea forms. He looks at Theo with a slightly worried expression. "Hey, Theo, do you think you could do me a favor?"
Theo looks up from his phone, concerned. "Sure, what is it?"
"Jae's been a bit fussy this morning. I think he might need something to eat or drink. Could you possibly take him to the cafeteria and get him something? He loves apple juice."
Theo's face softens, and he nods. "Of course, I can do that. Anything for little Tae. I'll get him something nice."
Jaehyun smiles gratefully. "Thanks, Tae. I appreciate it. It'll give me a chance to gather my thoughts before the meeting."
Theo walks over and extends his arms towards Tae. "Hey, buddy, wanna go with me to get some yummy apple juice?"
Tae, who is initially clinging to Jaehyun, perks up at the mention of apple juice and reaches out for Theo. "Apple juice!"
Theo lifts Tae into his arms, smiling at Jaehyun. "We'll be back soon. Take your time."
As soon as Theo leaves with Tae, Jaehyun springs into action.

He quickly starts rifling through Mr. Martin's desk and drawers, searching for anything that might be helpful. Most of the papers he finds are financial statements or deal contracts. In the last drawer, he discovers a small locker.
