"Alas, Home, sweet Home!" I said as I took off my shoes and put my small jacket away.
I set my phone out on the table and it read 11:23AM.
Still early in the day, I went to my room and set the bag down on my dresser then went to take out my Switch.
The small game that Rosey had given me had a similar casing to a game I already had so I figured it was for a Switch console.
& as expect I was right! The small disc fit inside the console and had accepted the game.
Animal Crossing New Horizons
I brought some snacks with me to my room and sat on my bed.
I clicked on the game and started it up.
A cute tune started playing and then had two small raccoon dogs greet me with gibberish.
I chuckled once I heard their high pitched voices and continued while I read the instructions.
Rasaria must've reset her game before giving it to me...
I played it for a few minutes and it seemed simple enough, I was the mayor of this newly discovered deserted island and needed to invite villagers to my island in order to achieve more stars. I also had full control of my island decorations!
As I kept reading , Tom Nook, the one helping me with my island mentioned my home. I was living in a tent for the time being and was talking about upgrading it.
"I have to pay a mortgage for my new home?!"
I was in shock! You'd think because I'm the mayor Id get some type of special treatment.
Guess I'm not special to Tom Nook after all, truly saddening to see. I sighed and kept playing.
I decided to link my actual time up to the game, and was hoping that I wouldn't regret it but then I had noticed that I needed to wait a day to have certain things.
"Patience is key Y/N, Patience is k-"

I heard my phone and went picked it up. It was Rosaria!

You < Rosey! it's been so long where have you beeeennn!
R < You know where I've been, and it hasn't been as long.
She spoke with a sarcastic but jokingly tone.
You < Yeah I know your emergency, how's that going?
R< It's been well I can put it off for now but I dropped in to check up on you, and to see how you're liking the game?
You < Oh my god Rosey I was in tears when you left me stranded in the shop. I could've die if it weren't for the barista.
I sighed, exaggerating what I just said.
She laughed and spoke again.
R < Well glad your okay then, I conclude you've been playing the game then.
You < Wait what? How the hell did you know?
R < I'm a woman of many secret. & I know everything. ~
She let out a what seemed to be an evil laugh and hung up.
"Mannnn what the hell, now I don't wanna play anymore" I looked at my phone and received a few messages and checked them out.
