AURORA stared at the picture for a little longer, before deciding to grab the phone and inspect it closer.

ashtray was sat on black leather couch with a girl straddling him. and of course she recognised the girl. alexia.

she guessed her and troy or whatever one she was dating, broke up.

his hands were on her hips as they intensely made out.

"who sent you this?" she asked while zooming in on the picture.

"toby from science with mr smith." he explained while crossing his arms.

aurora doesn't really know what to do. they wasn't together, but they acted like they was. they did everything a couple would do together, except from well, kiss.

but for a moment she felt heartbroken. but she couldn't, she wasn't dating him and she isn't inlove with him.

aurora let out a shaky breath "i don't care." she handed him the phone.

"what?" he questioned.

"i literally don't care.". she shrugged, standing up and dusting her pants off.

"you do though." he spoke while still holding his confused expression.

"nope. anyways i gotta go and do english homework for tomorrow so i'll see you tomorrow." she rambled very quickly, almost tripping over her own foot while beginning to speed walk away.

she heard benjamin call out for her to come back but she genuinely couldn't.

she could feel the tears forming in her eyes, and she would not be seen crying. she hated crying.

so instead she walked home.

she slammed the front door shut, leaning her body weight against as she took deep breathes in and out.

she could feel the tears begin to slowly fall closer to the edge of her eyes, "stop it." she muttered to herself.

she began to grow annoyed at herself as the tears continued to flood her eyes. as soon as one finally slid down her cheek she quickly wiped it away "stop," she spoke with grit in her teeth.

she didn't understand what was going on with her and why she was so angry at everything. it was literally just ashtray.

she slowly let her body slide down the door until she was sat flat on the floor. and she finally let it all out.

she let herself cry, bringing her arms up too wrap them around herself. she let her head fall back and allow her cries too become loud.
