I gazed at the paper in front of me, which Mister Kim mentioned before, and gulped at the partner who I got.
Seriously? Him again? It seems like God doesn't want to save him from my pathetic self.
I glanced around the room only to find everyone out, but there was one person I knew was still here. "Oh? It looks like you are my partner, chubs," his voice whispered against my ear, tickling my skin. I squirmed at the sensation and moved back, stumbling into his chest while he gripped me firmly from behind, not letting me fall.
His torso against my chubby back felt unknowingly satisfying, the warmth of his body radiating into mine, making me exhale in delight. His hands cupped beside my thick waist, ears leaning closer to mine while he gazed at the list on the board. "Carefully, chubs," he whispered.
Nodding, I didn't move. How could I run from this radiation of warmth? It felt impossible to ignore his efforts.
His hands caressed the side of my waist, earning a gasp from me. "It's lunchtime. Have you eaten, baby cubs?" he mentioned, the thing I had been avoiding since yesterday.
