Murdered on my own porch

"Mom I'm back! and I got the groceries!" Shouts a girl around 14 years old. The girl has light brown hair and pale blue eyes that look a little gray. "Mom?" She looked around the flat walking into each room, the Living room, the sunroom, the dining room, their two bedrooms, and the closets, there was only one room that she hadn't checked, the kitchen. "MOM ARE YOU HOME?" she shouts when she walks back out of the dining room. before looking in the direction of the kitchen, she could smell something it didn't smell good though, not like dinner was being cooked like usual.

When she walks into the kitchen she Screams terrified, the first thing she saw was a limp body, she is dead, the body is lying in a pool of blood and a knife is next to the woman's body. The girl had fallen over, her eyes still wide, a hand over her mouth, tears rolling down her face as a cry escaped. The air feels thicker as she quickly grabs her phone from her backpack, and the groceries on the floor from the fall. Her hands shake as she presses the emergency call button on the screen of her phone, Please please please..., the pleads repeating over and over again in her head.

"911, what's your emergency?" A man's voice could be heard on the other side answering her call.

"M-my mothers have been stabbed...s-she's dead..." The girl's voice trembles and shakes as she answers back, she shakes her head a tear landing on her phone screen, not wanting to accept her mother's death. She looks around the kitchen and sees chairs, utensils, and broken glass scattered across the floor. "Why was mom dead" That's what the girl said...well that's what I said...and I got my answer. But for now, it was just silence.

"H-hello?" I said into the phone, I was still trembling, and finally, the man answered. He asked a few simple questions like where I was, how long she was gone, and when I had gotten home. Of course, he didn't ask only that. he asked quite a few questions I don't remember them all...but then he asked.

"Are you alone or is someone else there with you?" He asks, at the time I thought I knew the answer but oh well it's a bit too late for that now.

"I'm alon-" I had gotten cut off when I saw a shadow in the corner of the room move, I backed away slowly getting up. I look at my bag and grab my umbrella, the knife that was used was too far for me to grab, and I would probably alert the person in the corner that I knew he was there. I made sure it wasn't noticeable when I grabbed it. "I-I don't think I'm alone," I whisper into the phone.

Once I say this I think the killer heard it anyway because I see his head turn slightly to look at me and I freeze for a second terrified, he wore a mask that was splattered with blood...fresh blood, They also had black hair, or was it brown I'm not all that sure but by their height, they were a few years older than me.

My instincts took over when I snapped out of my trance, seeing his black boot step out and another knife in his hand, I don't even think twice about being that one person in those horror movies who asks if someone is there even when they know someone is there. I run. My breathing quickens it starts to feel a bit strained and my heartbeat quickens, I had stupidly dropped my umbrella and my phone. Stupid right? The 911 call was still going and I could hear the man's voice say.

"Hello? Hello?! MA'AM ARE YOU OKAY?"

Tears just fall, UGH WHY ME? WHY MY MOM? WHAT HAVE WE EVER DONE? WHY IS HE COMING AFTER ME? I hear his footsteps fall behind me, they quicken making me run and my heart breaks when I hear a screen crack. He was so close, and I idiotically turned my head to see behind me, he was right there. His hand brushes my shoulder and I panic as I Literally uppercut him, as I scream. The knife falls from his hand and it's too far to grab, I had dumbly fallen over. I hear him scream and my eyes widen when I recognize his voice, my heart starts to hurt even more, but I get up regardless, kicking his balls, then running off, half of his mask is gone and I know it was him.

My tears begin again as I make it to the door, I could hear him scream as I fumbled with the lock on the door, and when I opened the door cops were already getting out of their card and I felt a little relief wash over me but they're too late, I feel a sharp pain in my back, a blade twists in me before it is pulled out as I hear their haunting words that now haunt me.

"If only you had stayed quiet..."

Only one thought ran through my mind...you little sh*t, over something that happened to your father years ago? We had nothing to do with that flight! we were in California! you damn b*stard! I could hear shouts come from the cops as I fell to the ground onto my knees, I heard the cops say things like, "PUT THE WEAPON DOWN! PUT IT DOWN!" I cry, but I don't want my last words to just be a bunch of crying, so instead I voice my thoughts ... "f*ck you, you damn b*tch, if I could I would show you this pain..." I say this while getting up and grabbing the collar of his shirt before leaving this world behind in his arms and all while using the last of my strength to well you know harmlessly choke the kid.

Pretty memorable right? I know you don't have to tell me. Anyways It's
