The 4 exited their father's room, Muffin had to attend to something so she flew off, they had to find out how to fuse Kyle and Jack back into their true form Ender. The four, Kyle, Jack, Alastor, and Faygo, made their way through the halls of the castle. The air was thick with tension, but there was also a sense of determination and purpose. As they walked, they couldn't help but wonder what they would find in the depths of the library. They finally arrive at the library, a massive room filled with shelves upon shelves of ancient tomes and scrolls. The walls are lined with statues of long-forgotten dragons, and a flickering torchlight casts eerie shadows across the floor. Jack turns to Kyle, his expression solemn. "So, where do we begin?" Kyle shrugs, glancing around the room. "Well, the librarian should be here somewhere. We could start by asking for their help.""I can try," Faygo offers, "I'm sure they know me here. I'll see if they can direct us to any useful information." With that, the king approaches the front desk, where an elderly being sits poring over a massive tome. Jack and Kyle exchange glances as they wait for Faygo to return. Alastor paces the floor, deep in thought. After several minutes, Faygo returns, his expression grave. "The librarian says that there is a section of the library devoted to lost and forgotten knowledge." The three of them follow Faygo through the labyrinthine library, their footsteps echoing on the stone floor. They pass by rows of dusty tomes, their leather bindings creaking as they are shifted aside. The air is heavy with the scent of musty parchment and old magic. They finally come to a section of the library marked "Lost and Forgotten Knowledge," and it's clear that few, if any, have ever ventured here. The shelves are covered in a layer of cobwebs, and the tomes within appear to be centuries, perhaps even millennia old. Jack peers at one of the tomes, brushing aside the cobwebs with a claw. The title reads: "The Art of Reanimation: Bringing Forth the Forgotten." He frowns. "This might be a good place to start." Kyle nods in agreement, carefully extracting the tome from its dusty resting place. He flips through the yellowed pages, eyes skimming over the arcane symbols and faded script. "This could definitely help," he mutters to himself. "But I don't think it's enough. We'll need more information." Alastor looks up, "Then let's find the rest." He says, his determination clear. "We'll search every inch of this library if we have to." With renewed purpose, they begin to comb through the forgotten knowledge, hunting for any clue that could lead them to reviving Ender. As the hours pass, the four of them search through the dusty tomes and scrolls, hoping to find something that will help them in their quest to revive Ender. Jack is the most diligent of the group, carefully reading each and every word of the ancient texts. Kyle, on the other hand, seems to have a more methodical approach; he scans the pages quickly, looking for any mention of reanimation techniques or specific spells. Alastor, for his part, paces the aisles between the shelves, deep in thought. "You know, Alastor, it might be helpful to organize all this information," Jack suggests. "We could make a list of everything we find, and maybe even categorize it." Alastor stops pacing and nods thoughtfully. "That's actually a good idea. Kyle, why don't you help Jack with that?"Kyle nods, closing the tome he had been looking through. "Sure, let's get started." He and Jack find a quiet corner of the library where they can spread out their finds, and begin to compile a list of all the information they've discovered so far. As the two work together, they slowly begin to uncover a pattern in the information they've found. It seems that in order to successfully reanimate Ender, they will need to perform a complex ritual using a combination of ancient spells and powerful reagents. As the two work together, they slowly begin to uncover a pattern in the information they've found. It seems that in order to successfully reanimate Ender, they will need to perform a complex ritual using a combination of ancient spells and powerful reagents."Kyle, I think I found something important." "What is it, Jack?" Kyle asks, glancing up from his work."It's a note, hidden between the pages of this book. It's written in a language I've never seen before, but when I used my translation charm on it, this is what it said." Jack hands the parchment to Kyle, who takes it carefully, his curiosity piqued. The parchment is thin and fragile, and the faded ink has almost disappeared over time. Kyle takes the parchment, studying it intently. "It's a warning... It says that the ritual for reanimation must be performed carefully, or it could have disastrous consequences. the process might cause the Dragon to go into an outrage that could possibly destroy kingdoms." Jack frowns, his eyes widening in alarm. "So, if we mess this up..."Kyle nods solemnly. "We could end up causing more harm than good. We need to make sure we understand everything before we attempt this." They put everything together, making sure to understand everything before moving forward. They make sure they know where to find the items they'll need and what each step of the ritual entails. As they work, they feel a renewed sense of purpose and determination. As they finally finish preparing, the four of them stand before the dais in the center of the library. The ancient altar, carved from black stone, sits atop it, waiting to be activated. Around them, the torches flicker, casting dancing shadows against the walls. Alastor takes a deep breath, steadying himself. "Are you both sure you want to do this? The consequences could be dire, as the note warned." Kyle and Jack exchange glances. "We understand the risks, Alastor," Kyle says. "But we have to try."Alastor nods solemnly. "Then let it be done. I'll stand by your side, ready to face whatever comes." With a shaking hand, Kyle reaches out and touches the ancient altar. The ancient altar hums to life as Kyle's touch connects with it. Runic symbols etched into the stone begin to glow with an ethereal light, bathing the four in a soft, golden radiance. As the runes glow brighter, a powerful, arcane energy fills the room. The air crackles with energy, and the torches flicker wildly, their flames dancing in time with the ancient magic. You feel a sudden surge of power course through your veins as the ritual begins to take effect. Jack watches intently as the runes glow brighter, his eyes narrowing in concentration. "Alastor, I need you to gather the reagents we prepared earlier. They should be in that chest over there." Alastor nods, his eyes fixed on the runes as well.Kyle watches as Jack and Alastor work together to gather the reagents, his own focus never wavering from the glowing altar. As they place each reagent upon the stone, the runes seem to hum with approval, their light growing steadily brighter. Jack and Alastor work together to prepare the ritual, carefully placing each reagent on the altar as Kyle watches intently. As the final reagent is set in place, the runes blaze with a blinding light, and the air crackles with energy. Jack and Alastor exchange a solemn glance before stepping back, giving Kyle room to begin the final steps of the ritual. Kyle places his hands on the altar, feeling the power surging through the runes. He closes his eyes, focusing intently on the energy coursing through him. As Kyle concentrates, the power flowing through the altar seems to intensify. The air grows heavy with magic, and the room feels charged with energy. Jack and Alastor stand beside him, their breath coming in ragged gasps as they try to contain their own excitement and fear. Kyle's concentration reaches a breaking point as he feels the power of the ritual begin to build within him. His eyes snap open and he takes a deep breath, preparing himself for the final step. "Now," he says, his voice cracking with the effort of channeling the magic, "let the spirit of Ender be reborn!" A blinding flash of light fills the room as Kyle unleashes the power of the ritual. The ancient altar shudders and cracks under the onslaught of magic, sending shards of black stone flying through the air like deadly missiles. as the light fades out, a visible spirit flows between Jack and Kyle, before combining the two Beings. The spirit of Ender merges with Jack and Kyle, becoming one with them. As the light fades, you see that they are no longer two individuals, but rather a single, larger form standing between Alastor and the altar. a black dragon, a long black matted ponytail, and long draconic horns that are lined with a bright purple, tattered black clothes, a pair of wings withs black base and purple wing webs, the tail was long and black with purple accents on the spade and spine of it. Alastor looked at the demon dragon hybrid infront of him, Jack and Kyle still seemed to be in conscience. Alastor's eyes widen in surprise and disbelief as he looks upon the newly formed dragon-like creature. "It worked..." he whispers, his voice barely audible above the sound of his racing heart. "You're... you're Ender." As Alastor was welcoming Ender back, Ender got a severe headache causing him to hunch over for a second before getting back up, when he got back up his eyes weren't the same... the note wasn't lying... Kyle and Jack being combined, neither of them were in control... Ender was... and the note had predicted what would happen, Ender began to go into a rampage, Alastor tried to contain him. Kyle and Jack being combined, neither of them were in control... Ender was... and the note had predicted what would happen, Ender began to go into a rampage, Alastor tried to contain him. The newly formed dragon-like creature, half demon and half dragon, lets out a thunderous roar that echoes through the library and shakes the very foundations of the keep. Its eyes glow with an unnatural light, and its wings beat the air with a force that sends ancient tomes flying from their shelves. As Ender roars, the force of his voice sends shivers down your spine. Alastor tries desperately to calm him, pleading for him to regain control. "Ender, please! You have to calm down. You don't want to hurt anyone!" Alastor wraps his arms around his old friend and brother, trying to get him to stop by holding him in place. Kyle and Jack, still within the body of the newly formed demon-dragon, feel the power surging through them. They try to fight for control, but it's like trying to swim against a raging river. The more Ender fights against Alastor's grasp, the stronger the urge to destroy becomes. As Ender struggles against Alastor, his wings beat harder, sending books and other debris flying through the air. The force of the wind knocks over several torches, setting fire to nearby tapestries and wooden bookshelves. The library quickly begins to fill with smoke, making it difficult to breathe and see. Alastor unsheathes his wings and wrap them around Ender in hopes in getting him to stop. "Ender please, don't you remember me?" Ender looks at Alastor through his eyes, the headache fading, but not gone yet. "Alastor..." he rasps, his voice rough and unfamiliar. "You... helped me... before. I... remember." The demonic features begin to fade from his face, replaced by a more familiar, kinder visage. With the demonic features fading, Alastor takes a deep breath, hope rising in his chest. "Then remember who you are, Ender. Remember our oaths to protect the kingdom and each other." He places a hand on Ender's shoulder, trying to steady him. As the demonic features continue to fade, Ender's body begins to shift and change, losing some of its bulk as the dragon traits recede. His purple horns shrink back into his scalp, and his wings become more bat-like in appearance. As Ender's body completes its transformation, the last of the demonic features fade away, revealing a familiar figure. He stands before you, tall and proud, clad in blackened armor. His eyes glow with determination, and his powerful wings flex slightly. It is Ender, but changed. Stronger. More demonic. Alastor had stopped Ender, Ender had sheathed his draconic features and was no longer a threat, the Library still burning. Alastor lets out a sigh of relief as Ender's demonic features fade away, revealing the familiar figure beneath. "Thank the gods," he mutters, wiping sweat from his brow. Looking around, he takes in the smoke-filled library and the flames licking at the ancient tapestries. The newly formed Ender lets out a deep breath, feeling the weight of the demonic influence lifting from him. "I... I'm sorry, Alastor. I didn't mean to hurt you." His voice is hoarse from the struggle, and his eyes dart nervously around the room, taking in the damage he's caused. Alastor shakes his head, his expression stern but understanding. "It's not your fault, Ender. You didn't know what was happening. We'll clean this up together, and from now on, we'll make sure nothing like that ever happens again." He pauses, taking a deep breath before continuing. Ender nods, feeling the weight of Alastor's words. "Thank you, Alastor. I owe you my life, and the lives of countless others. I swear to use this newfound power for good, and to protect the kingdom with all that I have." His voice is solemn, but resolute. As the two of them stand there, surrounded by the destruction and the acrid smell of smoke, Kyle and Jack finally manage to wrestle control away from the demonic influence that had taken hold of them. They share a relieved glance with each other before slowly stepping forward, their bodies still merged into the form of the demon-dragon. Ender suddenly split back into the two, the three all looked confused, it seemed that Ender was a fusion that they could turn into at any time needed. Kyle and Jack look at each other, their expressions a mix of confusion and relief. "I... I think we need to discuss what just happened," Kyle says tentatively. "This merging thing... we didn't expect that."Alastor nods. "Indeed. And it seems that it may have some..." "Unforeseen consequences," Jack finishes, his voice slightly hollow. "We need to find out more about this power and how to control it."Alastor frowns, looking thoughtful. "I think we should. For now, however, our priority should be containing the fire and making sure no one gets hurt." The three of them nod in agreement, and begin working together to extinguish the flames and clear away the debris. They manage to contain the fire before it spreads too far, but the damage to the library is significant. As they work, they discuss what happened and how they can prevent anything like this from happening again. The three decide to go back to their father Faygo, to see if they can pull off the fusion and show him they found a way to at least bring him back. As the three of them, now restored to their individual forms, make their way back to their father's chamber, they ponder the events of the past day. The fusion, the power that came with it, and the unexpected rampage all weigh heavily on their minds. they make it back to their father's chamber, Faygo welcoming them back. "Did you find anything that could be helpful?" Alastor steps forward, his expression serious. "Father, we have found a way to bring him back, but it comes with a great cost. The two of them must merge into a single being, and in that form, they gain incredible power. However, as we saw today, that power can also be dangerous and unpredictable." Faygo listens intently, his expression grave. "I see. So it's a risk we must take." He pauses, looking at each of his sons in turn. "Very well, then. You have my permission to use this power as you see fit." Alastor spoke back up, "Actually we have something to show you if we can make it work." Kyle and Jack step back, they focus on the merge, feeling their bodies and minds fuse once more into a single entity. This time, however, they maintain control. The tow of them shift and change, their forms blending together seamlessly as they become one again. Their eyes glow with a newfound power and determination. Kyle and jack clasp their hands and Ender reforms, seeming normal this time but his teeth baring when he sees Faygo... Ender seems to remember everything. Faygo's eyes widen as he takes in the sight of his two sons merged into a single, powerful form. The glow in their eyes seems to echo the light of his own, now long-extinguished, draconic form. He takes a step forward, his expression a mix of wonder and awe. "My sons..." As their father takes a step forward, Kyle and Jack's bodies shift once more, separating into two distinct forms. The power that had flowed through them moments ago dissipates, leaving them feeling drained but exhilarated. They stand before Faygo, their chests heaving as they catch their breath. "Father." Faygo looks at them, his eyes filled with pride and love. "You have done well, my sons," he says, his voice thick with emotion. "You have honored my memory, and I could not be more proud of you both." He reaches out and clasps each of their shoulders in turn. The three of them stand there for a moment, each lost in their own thoughts and feelings. The weight of the past, the responsibility of the present, and the uncertainty of the future weigh heavily on them all. But as they look at each other, they know that they will face whatever comes next together.
