It's the next few days now, Alastor has already had his fair share of visits to Kyle and Jack's House, but Kyle was still sleeping and Jack was already awake. There was a knock on the door while Jack was in the kitchen, it was around this time Muffin and MilkyWay came to get Kyle. Jack pads over to the door and opens it, revealing Muffin and MilkyWay outside. "Morning, Muffin, MilkyWay," he says with a yawn, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "What can I do for you?" MilkyWay speaks up first "Oh y'know the usual man, came here to get Bluey." MilkyWay always called Kyle "Bluey" sense his favorite color was blue. Jack shrugs. "Sure, I can get him up. Give me a second." He disappears into the hallway, calling out, "Kyle! Time to get up, sleepyhead. Muffin and MilkyWay are here to see you." A few moments later, Kyle appears in the doorway, yawning and rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He's wearing a pair of boxer shorts and an oversized t-shirt, his hair a messy nest around his head. "Hey, Muffin, M.K. ." M.K. was Kyle's nickname for MilkyWay which was just his initials. Jack grins. "There they are! Ready to go?" Muffin nods eagerly, her tail wagging back and forth. MilkyWay looks at Kyle expectantly, waiting for him to put on some pants. "Uhh... yeah, just let me put some pants on," Kyle says, glancing down at his exposed legs. He disappears back into his bedroom, returning a moment later wearing his usual attire of a white t-shirt, blue unzipped hoodie, and a pair of grey sweatpants. "Okay, let's go!" he says, following Muffin and MilkyWay out the door. The three of them head outside, where the sun is just beginning to rise over the horizon. The air is crisp and clean, and the trees rustle in the light breeze. They make their way through the quiet streets of the town, the occasional early riser glancing at them curiously before going about their business. the three make it to the training grounds, again in the middle of the forest, the 3 split up to train throughout the forest. Kyle decides to head to the eastern part of the forest, where there's a secluded clearing with a small stream. It's the perfect place for him to practice his control over water and ice. He takes a deep breath, centers himself, and begins to focus his energy. Kyle hears rustling in the forest, thinking it was MilkyWay or Muffin, But the shadow didn't look like either of them. As Kyle focuses on his training, he suddenly becomes aware of movement in the shadows nearby. He looks up, peering into the darkness, and his heart skips a beat as he catches sight of a figure lurking among the trees. The figure is crouched low to the ground, its movements stealthy and purposeful. Kyle takes a step back, his hands instinctively forming into fists. He eyes the figure warily, preparing himself for whatever might come next. "Who's there?" he calls out, his voice steady despite the sudden fear gripping him. Kyle whips out his retractable crystal scythe, ready for any danger. He continues to listen to see if he can detect where it would be, but when it attacked, it wasn't anyone he knew or recognized, it was a Latex. The Latex, which was pitch black on it's own, pounces on Kyle, claws extended, aiming to slash his chest open. Kyle is taken aback by the sudden attack and stumbles backwards, feeling the claws rake across his chest. The Latex was quick to sink into his body while Kyle was caught off guard. Kyle was now Hosting a latex... Kyle growls in pain as the Latex's claws rake across his chest, drawing blood. He stumbles back, his eyes narrowing with anger and determination. The Latex has embedded itself into his body, but unlike most latexes, taking over the body, the Latex seemed to just be sitting idly and not taking over. Kyle grits his teeth as the pain subsides, focusing on the Latex inside him. He reaches out with his senses, trying to communicate with the creature. "Who are you?" he demands, his voice low and threatening. "What do you want from me?" Kyle seemed to hear a voice in his head, it was the latex? it was somehow able to talk through telepathy."Kid, calm down, I'll explain things to you when they're is time, for now i just need you to help me survive so i can find my brother." "You have my word," Kyle responds, his voice firm. "But first, you need to get out of my body. I can't fight like this." He focuses on the Latex, trying to force it out of his body using his will alone. The latex refuses. "No that's what i meant by 'help me survive' i have to have a host to survive, you still have full control of your body and i don't cause any problems to your body." Kyle takes a moment to process this information. He considers the Latex's words carefully. If the creature truly meant him no harm, and could help him fight without taking control, then perhaps it would be in his best interest to allow it to remain for now. "Very well." The latex speaks up again, "and besides, if i was taking over you, i would be crawling all over your skin, not sitting in your body. now to the reasoning, i need your help to survive so i can find my brother Artemis." "Alright, I understand," Kyle says, nodding. "But why do you need my help specifically?" He hesitates for a moment, then adds, "And how do I know I can trust you?" the latex chuckles "i know your brother, Alastor right?" Kyle nods slowly, his eyes narrowing. "Yes... how do you know him?"The latex explains, "Well, he and i go way back... back when i was actually relevant in this world's history, oh and By the way, the name's Axel." Kyle takes a deep breath, trying to process this new information. "Axel... I see. Well, if you truly know Alastor, and if you can prove that you're not here to cause any harm, then I'll help you." "if you text him right now and ask about me, he will be surprised someone your age even knows about me" Axel hesitates his next question "your half of ender right?" Kyle frowns, taken aback by the question. "How do you know about that?" he asks suspiciously. "And why would you ask about it?"Axel sighs "i knew you were going to ask that... but if anyone knew Alastor, they knew Ender, those two were like attached at birth it was impossible to see one without the other." Kyle was silent for a moment as he tried to process this information. It seemed impossible, but the more he thought about it, the more sense it made. He took out his phone and texted Alastor, asking if he knew anything about an old friend named Axel. As Kyle awaits a reply from Alastor, he continues to train with the Latex inside him. The creature, now named Axel, seems to understand his abilities and limitations better than anyone else, offering tips and advice on how to improve his control over his weapon. The minutes seem to drag on as Kyle waits for Alastor to reply. His heart is pounding in his chest, a mixture of anticipation and fear coursing through him. Finally, his phone vibrates, and he quickly unlocks the screen to see Alastor's reply.Kyle's heart skips a beat as he reads the message from his brother. It's short and to the point: "Yes, I know Axel. He's been gone for a long time, but I've heard rumors about him resurfacing. I never thought I'd see the day. Look after him, okay?" Alastor wouldn't tell Kyle any more than that, and then soon after MilkyWay texted Kyle to meet back up at the main clearing in the forest. Kyle looks at Axel, surprise and relief written all over his face. "Alastor says he knows you. He's heard rumors about you coming back, and he wants me to look after you." Axel nods, a small smile playing on his lips. "I'm glad he trusts you, kid." Axel slips back into Kyle's body, which Kyle will never get used to the feeling, Kyle then meets back up with Muffin and MilkyWay, it was time to wrap up training anyways, Axel just kept rambling on and on in Kyle's head while he was trying to focus on what muffin was saying. "Oh look who it is! it's Al's girl!" Axel was referring to muffin, Kyle was confused by what Axel meant but tried to ignore him butting into his thoughts. As you approach the clearing, Muffin and MilkyWay spot you from afar and wave excitedly. They jog over to meet you, Muffin's tail wagging furiously. "Hey, Kyle! Did you find anything interesting in the eastern part of the forest?" Kyle looks at Muffin, then at MilkyWay. "Uh... well, I did run into someone I didn't expect to see." He hesitates for a moment, then decides to share the truth. "There was a Latex named Axel." Muffin's eyes go wide "wait, Axel?" Kyle nods. "Yeah. He said he knew you, Alastor. He claimed he was looking for his brother, Artemis."Muffin looks surprised, then thoughtful. "That's... interesting, but I didn't think he'd come back." "He said he's been gone for a long time, but he's been hearing rumors about him resurfacing," Kyle says, relaying the message from Alastor. "Anyway, he said he needed my help to survive, so I let him stay inside me." Muffin looks surprised and concerned. "Are you feeling okay, Kyle? That Latex should be hostile."Kyle shrugs. "He seems to be keeping to his word. He's not taking over or causing any problems. He even helped me train a bit." Axel slithers out of Kyle like a snake."like I'd be hostile woman, c'mon we both know I'm right." As Axel emerges from Kyle, you can see that he's taken on a more humanoid form. His skin is a deep shade of purple, and he's wearing a pair of form-fitting black pants and a matching vest. Axel looks at MilkyWay and Muffin with a playful grin. "I'm not hostile, really. I just need to find my brother, that's all. And since Kyle's been so understanding, I figured I'd help him out in return." Kyle looks over at Axel. "He's right, Muffin. He hasn't been hostile or caused any problems. In fact, he's helped me train. If Alastor trusts him, then so do I." MilkyWay nods slowly, not understanding anything going on right now. Kyle's words seem to reassure Muffin, but she still looks concerned. "Well, if Alastor trusts him... I guess we can trust him too, for now. Just be careful, Kyle. That Latex is... different from the others." Kyle nods, promising that he will be cautious.Kyle nods, promising that he will be cautious. They all decide to head back to the hideout, with Axel riding inside Kyle. But when Kyle got back home, Jack wasn't home, neither was Razzle. Kyle was a bit surprised that neither Jack nor Razzle were at the hideout when they returned, but he figured they must have gone out for a while. He thanked MilkyWay and Muffin for their help, then excused himself to his room, where he could be alone with Axel. As Kyle lays down in his bed, Axel slips back inside him, causing Kyle's body to feel a bit strange, but not uncomfortable. "So, kid, where do we go from here?" Axel asks, his voice echoing in Kyle's head.
