Embers POV
"I must tell you again Princess, it is our absolute pleasure it is to have you and your future leaders here with us."
I smiled at the Head Master who handed all three of us our timetables.
Headmaster Quinn is a little old man who's quite clearly overweight. A big white beard alongside white hair. Put this man in a red suit and you could call him Father Christmas.
From what I've gathered, we've already missed our first lesson as he's been thanking us for being at the school and telling us how much he admires our pack and rules.
I think he sees my dad as his hero.
It's quite cute.
"Thankyou Headmaster Quinn. I'll be sure to let my father know how accommodating you've been." I smiled as I gave him a single nod before turning around and heading out.
The smile on his face was the most adorable thing I've ever seen.
All three of us have been separated as per my father's request. He wants us to watch how other soon to be Alpha's are acting.
I headed to my English class first, we have a teacher called... Oh you have to be kidding? Mr Wakadoo?
This has to be some kind of joke? I bet my dad is upto this.
Knocking on the door to classroom 29, I slowly perked my head in to be met with around 20 pairs of eyes.
"Sorry I'm late, I was with Head Master Quinn." I apologised as I closed the door and stared at Mr Wakadoo.
"Oh don't you worry yourself. It's Ember Montgomery isn't it?" He smiled and I couldn't help but smile back at the man.
"As in Princess!?" One of the girls shouted and I turned to see a row of girls immediately sitting up straighter, in fact the entire class sat up straighter.
"Now now everybody!" Mr Wakadoo yelled. "Her Highness is a student here. Do not start startling or obsessing over her. That goes for you Isabel." He narrowed his eyes at the Asian girl in the front row.
Goddess she is already giving me cheerleader vibes.
"Ember, why don't you take a seat next to Mr Baxter at the back?" Mr Wakadoo suggested and I nodded my head.
Heading to the back of the class, I pulled out my chair and sat down. My books soon on my desk along with a pen.
"Hey, I'm Brady." The guy next to me smiled and I looked at him, my eyes widening as I took in his features.
Honey blonde hair, bright blue eyes, golden skin...
"My father is Brendan Baxter? Alpha of Half Moon. Also you didn't say hi back." He smiled warmly and I felt my ears perk up at the mention of Half Moon.
"Hi." I greeted back as soon as I could speak and he passed me his book that was showered with notes.
"Wakadoo tends to go off topic, you'll need these." He gestures and I smiled before nodding my head and copying his notes.
My initial feeling towards Brady is that he's quite sweet. In all honesty he looks quite clueless which I think is rather funny. My only issue is Half Moon, I know what they teach and how they treat their wolves, his whole persona could be an act to keep me off his tail.
"Ember!" Mr Wakadoo smiled. "What is your opinion on the biography of Ralph Montgomery? He's your grandfather so your the best person to ask." He chuckled and I leaned forward and rested my arms on the desk.
