Celeste's P.O.V
My father is known as one of the wealthiest men in Athens. He makes many business deals and uses his intelligence and skill to keep making profits. He is also known As one of Hades' most devoted followers.

But he only has one flaw, which is also his weakness, Greed. Everytime he owed a man a large amount of money, father would offer one of my sisters to be the man's wife instead and most of the men would agree.

Knowing my father, he would normally gamble with horrible and corrupt men.

This all changed when my father's actions were noticed by the goddesses, Athena, Artemis and Hebe.

At first he was let off with a warning from one of Artemis' priestesses, but when he refused to change his ways, Athena had cursed him.

She told him that the next time he would try to use his daughters to pay another debt, Thanatos would personally drag him into Tartarus. Athena also said that death would follow him everywhere he goes.

Ever since that day father has never been the same. He is paranoid most of the time and he acts like a mad man. This makes me both happy and sad.

Happy, because my five mediate older sisters and I will not get married to men twice our age. Sad because my mother is always worried about father falling apart.
