I know you by Faye Webster

I understand I'm not the only one
For you"

"Please welcome, Princess Cassella Martell of House Nymeros Martell of Sunspear. And Lord Owen of House Yronwood."
Out of the golden carriage stepped a beautiful girl that looked similar to their age. She had brown locks that hung loose over her shoulders, she wore a orange dress far more glamorous than the green one Alys wore. She was a true Dorne beauty.
Clearly Aemond thought so too. He looked captivated by her as she started walking towards them. He didn't even glance Alysanne's way as he kissed her hand. Cassella also seemed to enjoy the sight of the handsome prince. Aemond was now ten and three, he had grown quite a lot. He was becoming lean and his hair was grown a lot longer and straighter. His face was slightly thinner, and his jaw was beginning to set in. He was still young but already quite handsome. The eyepatch made his looked mysterious and his scars were now thin and healed.
Alysanne then remembered she was also suppose to greet someone. She tore her eyes away from Aemond and the princess, and walking towards her was a good looking blonde boy. He looked slightly older than them. He had dirty blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He greeted her with a charming smile and kissed her cheek, which caused heat to rush to it. Charming and handsome indeed.
She looked to the side to see Aemond glaring at the boy. The Dornish princess then switched places with the boy.
"I'm Cassella. And can I just say you have the most beautiful hair I have ever seen," The girl gushed at her with a huge smile.
"Alysanne. And I don't think you should be complementing me. I mean your green eyes and your skin is perfect," Alys answered with a huge grin on her face.
"Oh, we could switch eyes any day. I would kill for even a hint of violet in mine," Cassella continued. The two girls immediately hit it off, they continued the conversation as they made their way inside the castle.
The two boys on the other hand only greeted each other before turning their attention to the girls. When the girls started walking away the two looked at each other before wordlessly following.
Cassella, or Cas as she liked being called, turned out to be one of the greatest people Alys had ever met. The two girls sat talking for hours, from Dorne to dresses to hating septons. They seemed to never run out of similarities, and when they did, they loved to hear about the others experience.
But just like Alysanne had predicted, her and Aemond barely spent time together. If she wasn't with Owen, she was with Cas.
Owen was a great guy, no doubt. He was good looking, he had great manners and a charming personality. Spending time with him turned out to be a lot less torturous then she had expected. She wouldn't want to marry him, but he was a great friend. Owen also did not seem like the kind that wanted to settle down. He often spoke of the adventures he would take her on in Dorne, and when Alys suggested going upon dragonback he was quick to turn the idea down. No talks of marriage or when they would have kids.
Aemond took quite the liking to Cassella. How could he not, she was beautiful, funny and a great person to be around. She told stories of gold palaces and spectacular cities, places he would never bother to visit. She was certainly not the type of person to settle in court. He liked her boldness and ambition, though it was not going to help her here. If there was a list of people Aemond would want to marry, she would be second. Right after Alysanne.
Aemond and Owen had also spent time together when the girls were busy. Most of their time together involved swords and fights. Owen was a new competition for Aemond. He was used to Cole's technique and Alys wasn't much of a fight quite yet. But Owen was skilled and quick. It was an even match that could go one for a long time. Aemond held respect for the boy, but he didn't see him as someone who could marry his Alys. Yes he would make her happy and keep her safe and show her all of Dorne.
But he didn't understand and know Alys like Aemond did. He wouldn't be able to race her on dragonback or keep her company during rough family dinners. And Cassella didn't understand him like Alys, she didn't know when to give him space and she certainly didn't know when to stop asking about his lost eye.
He and Alysanne had been through a lot together, it was a bond they couldn't replicate with anyone else.
They say distance brings fondness.
Clearly they were right.
Aemond craved her touch, her voice, her presence, anything and everything.
Alysanne found herself begging for just a moment with him, though it never came.
"So what do you think of Aemond?" Alys asked Cassella as they sat in her bedroom together. They were suppose to be sleeping by now, but Cas had sneaked into the girl's chambers a while ago.
"He is a great man, very handsome. But I do not want to marry him, I came here with the intention to see Kingslanding not to be married off," Cas told her. Alysanne felt relief flooding her system, Cas immediately noticed the relieved look. "You like him."
Alys looked at her in shock.
"What do you mean?" She muttered.
"I can tell. Do not worry, Alys. He is all yours. And I mean that literally, he will never take another girl over you," Cas commented with a chuckle. Alysanne was getting more confused and flustered by the second.
"Now you are going mad," Alys told her with a scoff.
"That is a Targaryen thing. And I'm being truthful, do you not see the way he looks at you. How I wish someone can look at me like that. I would bear his children right then and there," Cassella said with a grin. Alys hit the girl with a pillow as she laughed in disbelieve.
"What are you on about?" Alys muttered in disbelief.
"Tell me you do not feel something for Aemond One-eye Targaryen, then I will drop the subject, for the night." Cassella said sitting up and staring her straight in the eye.
Alysanne hesitated and simply stared at the girl in silence for a few seconds, unsure of herself. She didn't want to admit it out loud.
"Exactly," Cassella said laying back down, proud of her investigative skills.
Aemond stood frozen to his spot on the other side of the wall, in the secret passage behind her painting. He knew he shouldn't, but he couldn't stop listening. He wanted to hear it come out of her lips. He yearned to know if the girl felt the same way he had begun to feel. But it never came, she never said anything. She never admitted to some new found admiration or long held affection. Nothing.
Aemond was in love with his bestfriend, and he had a feeling she didn't feel the same.
