Going on stage

I was so happy I was going to get married to the one. Brantley made me really happy and he was so sweet to Braylin you could tell he was taking the father role serious. I was nervous about going on stage. Brantley said I'd do good but I was having second thoughts about going on stage with him. I got changed into the outfit Brittany picked out for me. I looked at my ring. It was so beautiful. Brantley must of seen me staring at it because he piped up. "It's beautiful for a beautiful woman." I have cried enough today but he made my eyes start to water again. "You know if you wouldn't of been in that parking lot... I would be dead right now. And Braylin would be with someone else. You seriously are our hero. Wait till Braylin gets older and I tell her how you saved us. She will have a kickass dad." "And mom too. You've got just as much tattoos as I do. Your sexy, sweet, and beautiful." he kissed me on the forehead. Let's go it's 8:52. We gotta be there in 3 minutes." We walked off the bus hand in hand. When we got to the arena people started to sworm us and look at my hand at my side. "Brittany give me my baby. You've had her all day. I need my child." I yell. She ran off when we walked in the building. She came running over with Braylin. I reached for Braylin but she wanted daddy. "Do you guys have her headphones. She's going on stage with us." I look at Brantley. He's cuddling Braylin in the crook of his neck. "You want to take her on stage with us." I was shocked. He wanted people to see our daughter. "I want to show the world my family. If that's okay with you." I looked at him a kissed his lips until Braylin was smacking our face telling us to stop. We broke apart and looked at each other then we kissed Braylin on each of her cheeks. We heard a click and seen a flash. We looked up and Brittany took a picture of us. "You have the cutest family you know that Brantley. Your very lucky." we got called to the stage and we still needed to get ready. We put our ear pieces on and went out on stage. It was super bright. I'm so glad I brought sunglasses. Braylin was still in Brantleys arms, she was hiding from the light. "Hey everyone. How's y'all doing tonight? Well I've had a good day. And I wanna tell you guys some news. I'm a dad of a 9 month baby girl named Braylin. And I'm getting married to s beautiful woman named Oaklee." The crowd erupted with awes. Brantley looked at me. I just smirked. He leaned in and kissed me which he deepened it. After 2 minutes I pulled away. Brantley lead me to a chair in the middle of the stage. He still had Braylin and started to start his set. After 2 songs he turned to me and grabbed his acoustic guitar. He stood in front of me and started to sing me my favorite song.
"Whiskey ain't been on my breath but it's been on my mind. Smoke the days last cigarette and pretend I'm doing fine. She shouldn't be here but she stays by my side. All the hell I've put her through we've been lost a thousand times. But she won't go every time I stumble down the road she picks me up, she picks me up every time I let her down. I look in the minor and pretend I like what I see. She deserves better than me." I stop listening then and just look at him. I really got lucky to have a wonderful man. After the song Brantley gave me a quick peck and took Braylin from me again. After putting the guitar up he goes to the middle of the stage. He put Braylin down and he stood her up. She can stand but she just can't really walk. I watch closely. Brantley sits on the stage about 5 feet from her. He motions her to come to him. I went to the first time but she fell in her butt. After 3 times of trying to got to him she finally managed to get halfway to him. I jump up from my seat and run to them. I grab Braylin and smudge her with kisses. I can't believe she took her first steps in front of thousands of people. Brantley said that I could go get her ready for bed. So I left after giving him a kiss. After I walked off the stage I heard him say to the crowd "sorry guys but she's all mine." with that I walked to the buses with Brittany.
