Aegon didn't waste a second rushing to embrace her. She stood there knowing she shouldn't hug him back but she couldn't help it. "You shouldn't be in here." She says in the bone breaking hug.
"I know but I needed to see you." He holds her even tighter, "I tried to forget but I can't do it. I failed you. I'm sorry." He tears up wanting to stay like this forever but she gets out of the hug.
"Aegon, you have a child." She says meaning the one he has with Helaena.
"Not really..." He makes a face, "Everyone thinks she's mine when she's really Aemond's. I've never slept with Helaena or anyone else other than you." He tells her the truth. "I can't do it. I tried going to the brothel but none of them are you."
"Aegon..." She starts to get upset, "Why must you make this so hard? Once we leave going back, we go back to not seeing each other or taking."
"I don't want that anymore. I'm sick of drinking till I pass out to get you out of my mind. That doesn't even help because I dream about you." He grabs her hands.
"We can't. I can't let you get in trouble."
"It doesn't change anything. I'm still a disappointment to my mother. She hit me earlier and said I'm no son to her. I can try to forget about you but either way... I can't do anything right." He tells her, "I've been miserable since you left and even more since that night. I don't want to be alone."
Before she could say anything, Jace comes in with Dahlia on his back and Astraea on his hip. They were all laughing till he saw Aegon in the room. Aegon looks at the three and thinks the worst that his mother was right, she did move on from him.
"Umm..." Jace looks at Celeste.
"I'll take them. It's fine, thank you." She takes Dahlia off of Jace and he puts Astraea down before leaving the room quickly.
"Mother was right..."
"What?" She asks him, putting Dahlia down to go play with her sister and their toys.
"She said you moved on. I see she was right." He looks over at girls.
"I didn't move on." Celeste tells him truthfully, "It's impossible to move on when I have her in my life." She walks closer to him, "Aegon, technically speaking, you do have a child." She tells him the truth. She had to and what Jace said on the way there. She would know what to do when she saw him, "Two,"
"What?" He looks back at her.
"They're your daughters. Like you, I have not slept with anyone other than you."
"They're...they're mine?" He asks in shock so she nods her head.
"There's Dahlia." She looks over at her so Dahlia looks over at them watching her. She gives them a huge smile before going back to her toys. "And Astraea," She adds so Astraea looks back hearing her name as well before turning back around. "I wasn't sure if I wanted to tell you."
