The moon hung low in the sky, casting an eerie glow over the abandoned warehouse where Daniel Dire and his friends had set up their ambush. The air was thick with anticipation, every shadow a potential threat. Daniel, gripping the wooden stake tightly, took a deep breath and steadied himself.
"Remember the plan," Benny's voice crackled through the earpiece. "Jessica and I will create a distraction. Vorthos, you're backup. Danny, you go for the kill."
"Got it," Daniel replied, his voice tense but determined.
From their hiding spots, they watched as Sandra Jussy, Dracula's formidable consort, approached the warehouse.
Her presence was commanding, her movements graceful yet menacing. She paused at the entrance, sensing something was off.

Jessica stepped forward, her movements deliberate and provocative.
"Looking for someone?" she taunted, her voice echoing through the empty space.
Sandra's eyes narrowed. "Ah, the traitor.
And where's your little hunter friend?"
"Right here," Daniel said, stepping into the light.
Without another word, Sandra lunged at Daniel, her speed and strength overwhelming. Daniel barely had time to react as she struck, each blow sending shockwaves through his body. He fought back with everything he had, but Sandra was relentless.
Jessica and Benny did their best to distract her, but Sandra's focus was on Daniel. She threw him across the warehouse, his body crashing into a pile of crates. Pain shot through him, but he pushed himself to his feet, determination burning in his eyes.

"You're strong, but you're not invincible," Sandra sneered, advancing on him.
"And neither are you," Daniel retorted, lunging at her with the stake.
The battle was brutal. Daniel's superhuman speed and strength clashed with Sandra's raw power. They moved in a blur of motion, each strike more desperate than the last. Daniel knew he couldn't keep this up for long; he needed to find an opening.
Sandra landed a particularly vicious blow, sending Daniel sprawling. She turned her attention to Jessica, who was trying to circle around her. "You should have stayed out of this," she hissed, moving to strike Jessica down.
"Now, Vorthos!" Benny shouted.

From the shadows, Vorthos emerged, chanting an incantation that summoned a horde of ghostly figures. They swarmed Sandra, distracting her just long enough for Daniel to regain his footing.
With a final surge of strength, Daniel launched himself at Sandra, driving the wooden stake into her heart. Sandra's eyes widened in shock and pain as the stake pierced her chest. She staggered back, clutching at the stake, but it was too late.
"No!" she screamed, her body beginning to disintegrate.
As she tried to retreat, Vorthos stepped forward, wooden stake in hand. "This is for all the lives you've taken," he said, driving the stake into her back.

Sandra let out one last, agonized scream before her body turned to ash and scattered in the wind. The warehouse fell silent, the only sound the heavy breathing of the victors.
"We did it," Jessica said, her voice shaky with relief.
Daniel nodded, his body aching but his spirit unbroken. "One less monster to worry about."
Benny's voice came through the earpiece, filled with pride. "Great job, team. But this is just the beginning."
Daniel looked at the pile of ash that had once been Sandra Jussy. "Dracula's still out there, and so is Abe. We can't stop now."
Vorthos placed a hand on Daniel's shoulder. "We'll be ready. For your parents, for this town, and for the future we're fighting for."

Daniel nodded, a sense of determination settling over him. They had won this battle, but the war was far from over. And with his friends by his side, he knew they could face whatever came next.
"Let's get ready for the next round," Daniel said, his voice steady and resolute. "We've got a war to win."
