Varun was staring at the sealing by ruffling nila who is sleeping on his lap. He smiled to himself recalling how meera reacted in the morning. She kept on blabbering for few minutes without listening to him. At last he managed to stop her by stuffing a piece of pudding in her mouth. Then he explained her about the whole scenario. She calmed down. They spoke for a while about multiple things until prithi came in and disturbed them. She called meera saying that a customer wants to meet her for fixing a deal. Meera excused herself and went to meet the customer . Varun waited for an hour but she is still talking to that customer. Varun messaged her that he is going home and he came home. He decided to start working on the recent project that he got. He got a follow up call from laya in the evening. He spoke to her and then settled in front of the TV along with nila. He started watching his favourite daily soaps. He is not at all shy to admit that. He got this habit from his mother. After the shows ended he turned the TV off and got lost in his musings world. He came out of it because of the doorbell ringing. He placed nila on the couch and went to open the door. He saw meera at his door step. She is wearing a aqua blue maxi dress and left her hair open.
Meera : hey varun !
Varun : hi !
Meera : I am feeling bored at home. I thought if going out. Will you join me ?
Varun : sure !
Meera : thank you.
Varun : come inside. I'll be ready in few minutes.
Meera : ok !
Meera went inside and sat on the couch. Varun ran inside and opened the wardrobe. He wondered what to wear. He decided to wear a white shirt with jeans. He came back and saw meera who is scrolling through her mobile.
Varun : meera !
Meera : shall we go ?
Varun : hmm.
Meera : let's give nila to prithi. She will take care of her.
Varun nodded.
Meera took nila in her hands and walked towards her house. Varun locked the main door. Prithi was writing something in a book. Meera thought that she is writing her journal.
Meera : prithi !
Prithi : tell ma'am !
Meera : take care of nila . We are going out.
Prithi : oooh.
Prithi said with a teasing smile.
Prithi : ok ma'am. I will take care of her.
Meera : what are you writing ?
Prithi : Autobiography ma'am.
Varun : what ?
Prithi : yes ! I am writing my life story to inspire the youth.
Varun : why youth should get inspired from you ?
Prithi : because i am a noble person. Now a days no one is thinking about the nature. But i am planting many trees and taking care of plants everyday. I am doing a lot for this society's well being. One day i will definitely receive awards for my work.
Prithi told with a dreamy expression. Varun pulled her out from her dream land.
Varun : you are getting salary for that work. No one will give you any awards.
Prithi : ma'am ! Why he will always annoy me ?
Meera : hey ! Why you two are behaving like toddlers ? First finish your work and then dream prithi. Varun let's go !
