you and ponyboy were walking through the hallway at school together. yall were heading to the last class of the day. once you reached the door you reached to open it, but pony grabbed it first. "after you." he said smiling as he held open the door. you smiled at him and walked in. you two made your way to your seats. during the lesson, pony was caught trying to pass a note. it just happened to be a note to you. after the teacher caught him, his face turned red and he got back to his work. you looked up at your teacher as she opened the note, that pony had meant for you to see, not her. she looked down at it and smiled. "pony and y/n could i see you after class?" she said. you both looked up and nodded at her. the rest of class seemed to drag by. you really wanted to know what the note said. the bell finally rang, bringing you out of your thoughts.You stood up and followed Ponyboy to the teacher's desk. "Creative thinking Ponyboy." she said as she looked down at the note again. "But try saying it to her face." You looked at Ponyboy confused. Ponyboy just walked away. Your teacher smiled. "You can go now Y/N. Have a good day." she said. Ponyboy quickly walked out of the classroom and you had to run to keep up with him. "Pony!" you called. He only started walking faster after hearing you call his name. You ran and grabbed his book bag. You let go and walked in front of him. "What did that note say?" you asked him completely out of breath. "nothing it wasn't important." He said. "Obviously it was!" you argued. "Y/N.." Pony said as he started walking away. "pony, please?" you almost whispered. Pony looked at you and you looked up at him. "it's just I don't know how to say this.." pony said putting his face in his hands. " pony you can tell me anything.." you said beginning to get a little scared. "I don't know I'm just nervous." pony replied honestly. "just tell me." you said. Pony was silent for a while. "I just wanted to know if you wanted to.. maybe.. well you know.. go on a date with me tonight?" Pony asked not looking at you. you smiled and lifted pony's chin with your finger. "Of course I will Pony." you said smiling
