You laid back on the couch and sighed.

'Another month alone.' You mumbled.

Bruce worked with you in the Avengers lab usually and he was being sent on a mission. He was so shy and modest that it lured you to him the moment you met him.

'What was that?' Tony asked as he walked into the lounge.

'Nothing.' You replied shyly.

Tony smirked because he was fairly good at picking up the signs of a crush.

'I promise I'll keep Banner safe.'

You blushed and looked away. Tony sat next to you and pushed your feet out of the way.

'Why don't you just tell him?'

'He's so shy I don't know how he'll react.' You said sadly.

Tony thought for a moment before his face lit up.

'Practice on me!' He said happily.

You sighed before he pulled you up into a sitting position.

'How did you and Pepper tell each other?' You asked.

'It just kinda happened.' He muttered.

You sighed and closed your eyes.

'Tony-' You began before he gave you a look.

'I mean "Bruce",' You corrected.

'I've liked you since the day I saw you and since getting to know you, I learned to appreciate all that a man can be in how amazing you are. You do something not many people do and that thing is making me feel beautiful. I didn't want to admit it at first but, I think I love you Bruce Banner.'

You finished your speech and looked up to see Tony beaming.

'What?' You asked before he nodded for you to turn around.

Bruce stood with his mouth agape as you blushed furiously.

'I shouldn't have done this.' You mumbled getting up and running past him.

At the last moment he caught your arm and pulled you over to him.

'(Y/N), I love you too.'

You stopped and glanced at him.

'What?'

'I love you.' He repeated.

You broke into a giant smile and practically jumped him in the process of hugging him.

'Now, don't forget to thank me at the wedding.' Tony said walking past you both.

'I promise you a date when I get back.' He whispered in your ear.

'You better keep your promise.'

'Don't I always?' He said before kissing you softly.
