My ear ache hasn't stopped since that night Sam came home and spoke ill of Alvaro. Hearing him say such things about him made me want to strangle Sam myself and finish the job that Alvaro started.
His continuous whining from the bruise on his neck had me rolling my eyes and cursing at him beneath my breathe. I cannot stand Sam. And being in this apartment with him only makes it worse as he refuses to leave after the incident.
Which is why i've taken matters in my own hands and decided to take Ava out to Winter Wonderland. I've heard so many magical stories of this annual fair that takes place every winter at Hyde Park. But what fun would it be without my main tourist guide joining us.
Alvaro is meeting us there, and as I squeal internally whilst applying my favorite pink lipstick, I look down at my phone and grow annoyed at the fact that only a minute has passed since I last checked the time.
I'm longing to see my man, and Ava isn't making it any easier for me as she continuously mentions him. "Do you think Alvaro will go on the bumper cars with me?", She says. I turn around and place a finger on top of my lips, alerting her to keep quiet.
"Ava, don't mention his name. Sam will hear you", I whisper to her. "Right right. Alfonso it is", She lets out. I narrow my eyes at her. "Yeah cause the sound of that name makes it less suspicious", I say with sarcasm. Ava laughs before handing me a brush, initiating that I brush her hair as usual. She turns around as i'm quick to swipe the bristles of the brush down her silky hair.
"You look pretty", Ava says. I smile to myself, butterflies forming in my stomach from the excitement, but I suppress the feeling by responding to my sisters compliment. "Now I know I look good", I tease, earning a laugh to leave her. My outfit is dark, but it goes well with my love for boots.

"You know, you never compliment me. What do you want?", I ask suspiciously. "30 bucks. Oh I mean pounds", She says, correcting the currency but i'm focused more on her request.
