The week has flown by so quick and once again, I get to enjoy a day out in London with Ava. But not once has my mind allowed me to forget the kiss between me and Alvaro.

It's been over a week since I last saw him, and it's like my soul is crying to reconnect with his presence. And even if that's wrong, it's better than torturing myself with the man that's sat opposite me. My eyes turn to him but like always, his eyes remain glued to his phone.

He doesn't notice me at all.

Me, Ava and Sam decide to benefit from my weekend off by roaming around our new neighborhood. I was keen on trying out this new cafe not far from the apartment. I smile at the pink interior that has flowers floating off the ceilings above me, giving me the girly buzz of my femininity.

"This place is so cute", I say. "It's a bit...pink isn't it?", Ava says with a look of disgust. I angle my head to stare at my tomboy little sister. "You know you don't need to say everything that comes to your mind", I respond.

Ava gives me that cute sisterly smile and like always, I pinch at her cheeks and embrace the nostalgic feeling of doing this to her from when she was a baby. "Get off", She says whilst shoving my hands apart. "That hurts you know", She continues to discredit my annoying love for her. "One day you're going to miss me doing that to you", I say.

"No. That day is gunna be the happiest day of my life actually", She throws back her cheeky remark. I crease my brows and that's when the waitress brings over a tray of goodies, ordered not long after our arrival.

As for the drinks, a milkshake sits in front of Ava and two coffees in front of me and Sam. And as my cravings start to rise and greed for the sweetness of our treats, i'm simply put off as I watch Sam grab the bottle of salt and pour it into his coffee.

With no stir to ease the bitterness, he drinks the coffee, making me and Ava scrunch our noses in disgust. "Bruh", Ava says. Sam's eyes snap to ours as the coffee foam bubbles a mustache on his upper lip. "What?", He fires back.

"How can you like your coffee .. salty?", I ask, trying to suppress the vomit that's about to leave my throat. "I don't go around asking about your taste buds", He responds. I crease my brows and feel a sudden urge to rage at his tone towards me.

I hate this man.

"If you didn't want to come on this trip you should have stayed back. You've been nothing but rude", I say with honesty as I feel my heart sink.

It's true. Sam has not given me an ounce of attention or kindness for that matter. It's always a hit or miss with him whenever he has a good day to be kind.

He's worse than a girl on her period.

Sam smacks his phone down and lets out an immature huff as he continues to drink his coffee. "What do you want me to do?", He rasps in a childish tone. I decide not to provoke him and keep my thoughts to myself. I forgot that this is what i'm used to, tolerating his awful behavior towards me. I simply cross my arms and look out the window in silence.
