Hi again! Sorry for the delay, and thank you so much for the amazing people who read my story and followed me! my goal is to complete this story over the summer, a chapter a day hopefully. Plz follow for more info, and comment on ideas for the story!
Once everyone was settled into our bedrooms, we all met each other into the kitchen of the Burrow. Mrs. Weasley soon arrived with our food, and we all took our seats. I sat down next to the eldest Weasley, Bill, and Fred settled himself on my other side. I began to chat with Bill, occasionally having to stop for laughing at the twins ridiculous jokes.
Once we had our fair share of chicken, sandwiches, pudding and butterbeer, we headed to our rooms. Harry and Hermione were with Ron, the eldest siblings shared Bills room, so that left me and Ginny in the twins room.
While Ginny fell asleep almost immediately, I was up for hours with Fred and George, talking and laughing until Percy came in to tell us to be quiet. Then we were all out quicker than you could say "Quidditch".
Summer at Snape's house couldn't possibly be as fun as the Burrow. Some days we would take a trip to Diagon Alley, some days we would explore the magic of the Burrow. I spent most of my time with Fred, George, Bill and Charlie, seeing as Percy is always locked in his room, and Harry, Hermione, Ron and Ginny were always together.
As I helped myself to oatmeal and hot chocolate, I couldn't help but notice how good Ron looked today. When I saw him glance up, I realized I had been staring and hid my face behind my black hair.
Harry POV
I looked up from my breakfast to see Skylar staring at Ron. When he looked up, she got all embarrassed and hid her face.
Does she... Like Ron? No, that's Ridiculous. But the way they look at each other...
If only she knew I liked her, that I have liked her for the past year, since we officially met in the Gryffindor common room.
Skylar POV
When we all finished our food, Mrs. Weasley handed us our Hogwarts lists. I turned to Harry. "Who do you think is going to teach Defense this year?" He shrugged "Don't know. But I'm really going to miss Lupin." I nodded.
Then Mr. Weasley walked in. "Sorry I'm late kids. had to help an old friend of mine out of a sticky situation."
Mrs. Weasley cut in before anyone could question further. "You kids better get ready for the cup tomorrow!" She said. "You're going to have to get up early to get to your tent!" On that note, everyone went to their rooms to pack their stuff.
The Quidditch World Cup
I had never had so much fun while living with Snape. The match seemed to last forever, but when it ended, I was still shaking with happiness.
Fred nudged my shoulder. "Pretty awesome, huh Sky?" I nodded, and we separated to our tents.
I couldn't help but gasp when I entered the girls tent. the inside was like a 3 bedroom apartment with with a bathroom, kitchen, and living space with a huge bookshelf.
Ginny grinned. "Its great, right?" "Yeah, its awesome!" I replied. I got settled in and once I finished unpacking I joined everyone else outside for dinner.
