*Flug's P.O.V*

After breakfast I had gone to get some fresh air into my system as the beast within desperately tried to get out though I didn't allow it. I still had some control and I was going to use it to keep the beast shackled for as long as I could. I may be getting weaker by the day however I had no intention of letting it loose just like that. I would fight and try to hold out till blackhat had an answer even if it turns out that I would have to die by his hands.

Despite knowing that Blackhat did care for me I didn't want to be a burden for him and the others and had actually started debating on if I should just end it on my own terms. Especially sense it seems like that was the only answer the books were giving Blackhat were to kill me or lock me away for the rest of my life. Despite the second option allowing me to stay alive I'd eventually lose my humanity and become a feral beast unable to turn back and could harm who I've grown to call a family.

I don't want to hurt them anymore than I already have however I knew I'd hurt them all if I did actually go out on my own terms and so for the time being I will lean towards the second option but that didn't mean I would be giving up on gaining control but I needed sleep and the only one that could keep the beast at bay was Blackhat. As my thoughts lingered on that I could hear the beast growl within as usual wanting out but the pendent Blackhat gave me glowed sending the beast back into dormancy. It was only after I ensured it was actually asleep before I went to a coffee house that had become one of my go to spots as it was fairly close to the mansion when I wasn't working and ordered my usual iced vanilla chai and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich along side a fruit cup. While I waited for my order I had looked outside to see it was about to rain though that wasn't the main thing I worried about as I soon got startled by my phone's text tone before I grabbed it out as saw I had gotten a message from Dementia asking if I was ok and safe. Seeing this I had quickly texted her back knowing if I didn't within a minute or two she'd start freaking out and sent a reply letting her know I was still ok and that I was safe.

When she texted back I had assumed it was going to be a smiley or something however what I got instead was a text back saying that Blackhat had told her that he had felt the pendant activate sense it was made by his magic and he had her text me because he was concerned. As I registered what she had texted I was stunned that Blackhat openly showed concern to at least Dementia which was something I never expected him to do so soon after the first time. Despite knowing it would likely lead to a conversation when I got back I had informed her that the beast within me had started stirring but, the pendent had activated to send it back to sleep before it became too agitated and tried to take control and had messaged saying that I would likely head back soon as it looked like it was going to rain.

Her final message before my order was ready would definitely be one of the ones I'd remember for years to come and that was the message "be careful on your way back dad".
