Pov Rian
Rian pulled me on his lap while laying rubbing my back.
"I have to tell you something", i said.
"What is it?"
"I was at Inha's house, no 8 hours before he got found dead there."
"What were you doing?"
"Checking on him"
My eyes started watering.
"Why?"
"I felt bad for him. He got bullied so bad."
Rian looked down.
"I couldn't help but blaming myself for his death. I could've prevented it. I should've stayed with him longer. That's why i was gone. I took therapy in the USA. But i still felt so ashamed. That's the reason i broke up with you".
He started holding me around his waist, crying by now..
"You must've been so scared. I should've been by your side"
"You're by my side now. That's all what matters."
Rian couldn't stop crying thom
"My baby. Stop", i wiped his tears.
"You must've felt so scared."
I was waiting for the reason for her weird behavior a long time, but i could've never imagine it was that bad.
"Rian"
"Yes?"
"I love you"
I got butterflies in my belly.
"I love you too", i kissed her on her forehead."Now rest a bit", i said standing up to get a blanket.
"Lay next to me then. Don't leave me alone."
"I'll never leave you alone again"
"Does that mean that we're a couple again?"
"Yes, pookie"
She smiled and then closed her eyes. I tucked her in and then went to the spare room to make a call.
"I need you to take care of an unconscious body. He tried raping Yeojin, so prepare some lawyers aswell. I'll sent you the address"
I had so bad mixed feelings about the whole situation. We're back together which was all i wanted, i thought. But Yeojin was going through some shit so, nevermind. Im gonna make anyone who let her suffer, suffer.
