The tension in the sanctuary was palpable as the group absorbed the gravity of Viktor's threat. The revelation had cast a shadow over their newfound hope, but it also fueled their determination to fight back. They gathered in the meeting room, discussing their next steps when a scout burst in, breathless and wide-eyed.

"Estrella, we've got news," he said urgently. "There's been a sighting of a mysterious woman near the outskirts of the city. She's been seen talking to some of the rogue vampires."

Estrella's eyes narrowed. "A woman? What did she look like?"

The scout hesitated, clearly unsettled by the memory. "Tall, with dark hair and a commanding presence. She didn't seem afraid of the vampires—more like she was giving them orders."

Estrella exchanged a glance with Kenai, who nodded. "We need to investigate this," she said decisively. "If she's connected to Viktor, we need to know what she's planning."

She turned to Tina and Kim, who stood at the ready. "You two are our best scouts. I need you to go and find out what you can about this woman. Be careful and stay hidden. We can't afford to lose any more of our people."

Tina nodded, her expression serious. "We'll do our best, Estrella. We'll get you the information you need."

Kim gave a determined nod as well. "We'll be back soon. Hopefully with some answers."

With a final nod from Estrella, Tina and Kim left the sanctuary, their movements swift and silent. They navigated the city's hidden pathways with practiced ease, blending into the shadows as they made their way to the outskirts.

As they approached the area where the mysterious woman had been sighted, they slowed their pace, their senses on high alert. The air was thick with tension, and the streets were eerily quiet. They found a vantage point in an abandoned building, giving them a clear view of the meeting place.

Minutes passed like hours as they waited, eyes scanning every movement. Just when they began to doubt the scout's report, they saw her. The woman emerged from the shadows, her dark hair cascading over her shoulders, her presence commanding. She moved with an air of authority, and the rogue vampires gathered around her, hanging on her every word.

Tina and Kim strained to hear, but the distance made it difficult to catch everything. They managed to pick up snippets of conversation, enough to confirm their worst fears. The woman was indeed connected to Viktor, and she was orchestrating something big.

"We need to get closer," Tina whispered to Kim, her eyes never leaving the scene.

Kim nodded, and together they crept closer, using the cover of darkness to their advantage. They managed to find a position closer to the group, hidden behind a crumbling wall. From here, they could hear more clearly.

"We have our orders from Viktor," the woman was saying, her voice cold and commanding. "The next attack will be bigger. We need to ensure that every werewolf in this city is eliminated."

Tina's heart pounded in her chest. They had to get this information back to Estrella and the others. She signaled to Kim, and they began to retreat, careful not to draw any attention.

Once they were a safe distance away, they broke into a run, making their way back to the sanctuary as quickly as possible. When they arrived, they were met by Estrella, Kai, and the rest of the group, their expressions anxious.

"What did you find out?" Estrella asked, her voice tense.

Tina took a deep breath, recounting everything they had seen and heard. "The woman is definitely connected to Viktor. She's planning something big, a coordinated attack to eliminate all werewolves in the city."

Estrella's face hardened, her eyes flashing with determination. "Then we need to act fast. We need to prepare for this attack and find out more about this woman."

Kai stepped forward, his jaw set with resolve. "We'll stand together and fight. Whatever Viktor and his followers are planning, we'll be ready."

As the group rallied around Estrella, a sense of unity and determination filled the sanctuary. They would face this new threat head-on, prepared to defend their kind against the darkness that sought to destroy them. With each step, they grew stronger, ready to uncover the truth and protect their future.
