MINDFULNESS HELPS. Long-term meditation changes our brain.
Social media usage of more than 7 hours a day correlates with a huge increase in depression and anxiety, especially if it affects our sleep, and the time for meditation, walking, and talking to other people in real life.
There are really a lot of thought-provoking ideas there, but I think this is enough for today.
