"Hey, that was um- guess we didn't need that date after all did we?" he stammered awkwardly, putting his hand on his neck and pacing a bit. "I'm sorry, did you not like that?" I replied apologetically.
"No, no I liked it! Just kind of took me by surprise."
"Oh, I'm so sorry." I said, looking down at the floor nervously and fiddling with my hands.
"Hey, it's okay." He said, putting his hand on my face, and then kissing me for the second time.
"Oh my god-" said a voice I recognised too well. It was my mum. Natasha.
"Daniela Romanoff!" she shouted. Get off that sad excuse for a boy this instant!"
"Mum! What the hell?"
"Go to your room, now. I'll be there in a minute."
As I walked off she slammed Peter onto the wall, gently of course, her hand on the wall next to his head, then said to him sternly: "You ever make out with my daughter again and I swear to god I will raise that Red Room back up again and I will send those widows after you. Understand?"
"Y-yes Natasha."
"That's ma'am, thank you very much."
Then she walked off. Total badass moment there.
But not really for me. I waited in my room scared for my life, as who knows what she'd do? Well, not much obviously, I am still her child and she's not cold hearted. I was kind of just worried about a possible arguement incoming. As she entered the room, she stared down at me. "Did you seriously, seriously, kiss Peter Parker? Really?"
"Yeah mum! He's cute, he's kind, and plus, we agreed to go on a... uhm... date!"
"A, uhm, what? A date?"
"Y-yeah!"
"And who said you can go on this date exactly?"
"I mean, I told Auntie Yelena, and she said you'd freak out. Apparently she was correct!"
"Oh my god, that girl- Yelena knew and she didn't tell me? I swear to actual- she's going to be getting a piece of my mind."
And then she stormed off. Then she came back in. "Oh, and also, seriously, Peter? I mean, he's okay, but-"
"Mum, out!"
"Fine!" Moments later after my mum had finally left, my door opened again. I groaned silently to myself. "Mum, I swear, if you don't stop coming into my room-" I was interrupted as I looked up and it wasn't my mum. Instead, it was a random girl. An indian girl. "Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't know this was your room-" she stammered awkwardly, then turned to leave. "Hey, wait! Stop there a second!" She turned around. "Who are you?" I asked her.
"Oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't introduce myself! I'm Kamala Khan."
