SHE DID NOT KNOW it was possible to attend your own funeral. Hadn't she been here once— dead? Forced to remain in a limbo-like state until the spirit filled her and she arose a life with a power so great she could save the multiverse— which, she has no clue why that's on her gravestone... or why someone had vandalized it. She did know, however, when she found them, she was gonna be real mad! Well, that was if she could ever find them, for all she could do was relive the moment of memories flashing through her vision. The future that was meant to be if she had died that day in her little Betty.

She saw her two beautiful children. It hurt to say she knew their smiles and their laughs and their two names that she and Peter had flipped a coin to decide. They were twins: Adessa June Parker and Wade Benjamin Parker. They held Margaret's tanned skin and Peter's hazel eyes; her bright smile and his cute nose. They were a perfect combination of their parents.

Then, she'd watch as those two beautiful children were stripped away from her in a flash of lighting and a bellow of screams. In the crash of a vehicle and a beeping of a heart monitor. In the rushing voice of a miracle. Margaret was anything but a miracle, she was a curse.
