Any celebrity could tell you about the ups and downs of being famous. Some might say an up is having support from all over the world. Some might say a down is paparazzi following your every move.
But if you asked Lena Sanchez, she'd say a down is everyone on the planet knowing everything about your personal life.
She hadn't always had it easy. Her father left her and her mother, Amelia Sanchez when Lena was only 3 years old. But neither girl let that get to them. Because it was always just the two of them.
Amelia was a famous actress from being on the TV shows of Full House and Friends. She was a household name all over the world and many people loved her. And many people were shocked when it was announced that was diagnosed with cancer. And her death was one of those that silenced the world.
Lena was devastated when her mom died, but she had to keep a strong face for the rest of her family, and for everyone that was keeping a close eye on her to see if she'd snap. She was signed with a record company and she asked for time off to grieve and deal with everything, but her record company weren't happy with that so they fired her.
After everything had settled down, her uncle moved in to her apartment at the Palm Woods with her as he was given custody of her. And she decided to stop doing anything music related. She stopped singing, dancing, playing her guitar, and violin, and she took on acting,
It wasn't something she had always thought of doing, but she wanted to do it in honor of her mom.
But when four hockey players move to LA from Minnesota, it changes Lena's life for the better. She gets really close with the boys quite quickly and found them becoming her best friends. But one certain blonde boy gets close to Lena very quickly. And even helped get music back in her life.
And whenever they were together, they were always in perfect harmony.
