The Twelve Tentacle Octopus break free from being imprisoned made by Franz's magic. The Metal Feather Eagle evaded my attacks. Both of the beasts were facing have strength and speed which is a good combination in battle.

'Ice Shield' I cast a magic spell while pointing my staff above. The Eagle releases lots of its metal feather which is sharp and can one shot kill anybody if ignored. Tumama sa ice shield ko ay kaniyang atake at sa lupa naman ang iba which is beyond my grasp. I'm unharmed after the Eagle stopped from attacking me.

The Octopus on the other hand extended its tentacles to attack Franz. Franz created a wall made in earth that able to defend himself. But the beast keeps attacking him that throws him away after the beast release a powerful strike using its tentacles.

Franz manage to stand up to defend himself because the Octopus doesn't let its opponent stand up to defend its attack. Although Franz manage to defend himself, the tentacles passed through his wall that grazed his shoulder.

'Ice Wall' I cast a magic spell to defend Franz because the Octopus still keeps on attacking him even with that state, their goal is to kill the intruders which is me and Franz.

Tumakbo ako papalapit sa kaniya, he's bleeding so much.

"Are you okay, Franz? Can you move?", I asked while checking his wound. It is no ordinary wound, there's a ink of Octopus that melts his flesh.

Franz didn't answered because he's enduring the pain of his wound and the ink in it. I took the Healing Potion in my Spatial Ring then let him drink it to heal all of his wounds. After all, bago pa ako tumulong sa kaniya kanina ay madami na siyang sugat na natamo laban sa dalawang beasts na kalaban namin ngayon.

Franz took a deep breath as when his wound healing up faster than normal speed. Healing Potions didn't actually heal someone, it just accelerates the speed of healing. That's why Healing Potion is inferior to Healing Magic. Healing Magic can heal anyone, also returning back the loss magical and physical. It doesn't take effects to the Healers as their magical energy remains the same after using Healing Magic to them, but their wounds can be healed.

"Thanks, Levi, I'm sorry for being a burden to you", Franz told me while grasping for breathe.

I shook my head. "No, its fine, actually, you're doing good, so stand up and let's finished this", I said then stand up, I offer my hand for him to take so he can stand up as well.

Franz nodded then took my hand where I pulled him up. After standing up, we returned to our battle stances.

Mages is really weak when we're fighting against melee opponents, but we have tricks on our sleeves to fill the gap of disadvantages.

Franz pointed his wand in the direction of the Octopus. "Earth Boulders!", he cast a magic spell then creates huge boulders above of the Octopus. Mabilis niya itong ibinaba to smash the Octopus.

The Twelve Tentacle Octopus uses its twelve tentacles to cut the boulders into pieces before it reaches. And in a great speed, he attack Franz using its sharp tentacles, penetrating its hands and legs, making him unable to move.

The situation comes so fast, but I manage to follow their movements. Franz was about to protect himself but it was too late. The casting is too long for him to visualise the spell he wants to release, and it results to the situation where his arms and legs where stabbed by the tentacles of the Octopus.

Tumama si Franz sa kahoy, lumalim sa kaniyang kamay at paa ang galamay nang Octopus. Bumaon ito sa kahoy, making him unable to move. His wand fall in the ground which he can't grab.

I sense the difficult of breathing of Franz. He is protecting himself with magical energy but it wasn't enough.

The Octopus aim its five tentacles to Franz, forming a huge and sharp tip, it's planning to end him using it.
