Have you ever heard of the 7 deadly sins? It's obvious that you've heard of them somewhere. They are the representation of the bad things in life that can lead to chaos.

Long ago in ancient China, when gods walked among mortals and ancestors were revered, the Seven Deadly Sins took the form of deities, each presiding over an aspect of the underworld. They formed the Court of the Dead, where they judged souls that crossed the threshold from life to death.

The sin of gluttony, received hungry souls; She led them through a maze of extravagant banquets. Each level represented an excess committed in life. At the seventh level, the soul faced a golden feast, where the true hunger was the search for meaning. If the soul found balance, it could ascend.

The sin of lust, guided souls through the gardens of passion; Each level represented an unbridled search for pleasure. At the seventh level, the soul faced a mirror that reflected its true essence. If he accepted his imperfections, he could transcend.

The sin of avarice, led souls through rooms full of treasures; Each level represented inordinate greed. At the seventh level, the soul faced a balance. If he balanced his desire for riches with generosity, he would have hope.

The sin of wrath took souls across battlefields; Each level represented uncontrolled rage. At the seventh level, the soul faced a mirror that reflected its emotional scars. If she forgave herself and others, she could be reborn.

The sin of pride, guided souls through halls of knowledge; Each level represented arrogance. At the seventh level, the soul faced an abyss. If he jumped with humility, he would find redemption.

The sin of laziness led souls through peaceful gardens; Each level represented inertia. At the seventh level, the soul faced a tree of life. If he watered it with benevolent actions, it would flourish.

The sin of envy led souls through distorted mirrors; Each level represented jealousy. At the seventh level, the soul faced its own reflection. If you accepted your uniqueness, you would find peace.

In the end, the Seven Deadly Sins reunited. If a soul passed through the seven levels, they decided: paradise or purification. Thus, the underworld became a test of redemption, where even sins could find mercy.

For centuries sins were loyal and submissive to heaven. Although they were considered deities they were barely allowed into heaven.

Until one day the power of the seven deadly sins went beyond. Because people were no longer trying to redeem themselves and because of that they became stronger but there were so many that not even the Emperor's intervention could calm the people.

And because of this, the sins lost any hope in humans and so the Seven Deadly Sins refused to obey any order from the gods. The God of Death even tried to intervene but this ended in an endless battle with the Lost of Wrath; And he lost and surrendered to sin.

Everything seemed lost to the Seven Deadly Sins... Until one day...

"AHM? WHAT DID WE DO?!"

A person cloaked in purple asks, shocked by the audacity of a certain God's question.

The God of Death and the Underworld stood in front of seven in hoods, each of which had a respective color on their hoods.

He bowed in respect: "The Gods have asked you to go to the realm of the living so that they can test the pilgrims." The deity answered the question extremely spitefully from the red hooded man.

"Well... Tell your God we're not going anywhere!" The hooded man shouted as he looked at the God of Death with resentment.

They were about to have another long discussion which didn't go unnoticed by the others in hoodies. One of them wearing a white hood stands up.

"Enough, you two!" He screams, scaring everyone in the room. He then turned to the God as he sat down again: "What are you telling us and do you want us to return to the mortal realm to test the humanity of the pilgrims?"

The God of Death nodded. "Yes... I ask you to do this as proof that they are good people who deserve forgiveness-" He barely finished when he was interrupted by a yawn.

The yawn came from the orange hoodie who seemed bored with it all: "Oh! I think we should try..." They turned to the smallest of the orange hoodies who was wearing a pink hoodie. "I agree with her..." The one in the orange hoodie says while pointing to the smaller one next to him.

The man in the black hood sighs before turning to the God of death: "Tell your emperor... That we accept the agreement..." Upon hearing these words, a smile appeared on the God's face, realizing that there were those convinced.
