"Is she ok?"
"What happened?"
"Is she unconscious?"
"Wasn't she just in the healing center?"
"Why is she on the floor?"
Why am I on the floor? Why am I here?
Who am I?
Where am I?
What am I?
My brain hurts...
Someone picked me up. But who?
I tried to open my eyes, and they fluttered open, and closed, open, and closed. I didn't have the energy. My whole body ached, like I'd been thrown in a blender and then thrown off a cliff. I saw glimpses of a boy. About my age.
And my age is, 10? 13? 11? How odd. I don't know.
I don't know anything.
He had blonde hair, periwinkle eyes, light skin, and dimples. I tried to open my eyes again, and saw he was sharing my weight with a girl, also about our age. I think? She had wavy black hair, light skins , and teal eyes.
They set me down in a.. a.. thing? Then some elf came over. They all thought I was asleep maybe?
"Kenryana! Back so soon?" The elf said.
Who's Kenryana?
"She's unconscious." The boy who carried me said.
Ha. No I'm not.
"Hummm she does not look unconscious. She is trying to open her eyeballs." The elf said.
"And failing." The girl said.
"I know how to fix that.." somebody said.
I heard footsteps, then someone picking something up, and more footsteps.
They can't possibly be about to dump something on my head. Right?
Wrong.
"ARE YOU NUTS?! I said as a huge bucket of ICE cold water was dumped on to my entire body.
How big is this bucket?
I bolted upright, wiping my eyes. I finally opened them. I looked around, the lights blinding from having my eyes closed so long.
Why were my eyes closed again? I can't remember...
The cold water definitely jolted me up but my body still aches.
"Kenryana thank goodness your alright."
"That was a close one"
"Oh good she's ok"
"Who are you guys?" I asked.
They keep talking about a Kenryana. She must be next to me or something.
"What do you mean, 'who are you guys?' We all already met." The boy with the blonde hair and periwinkle eyes said looking confused.
"What? No we didn't. Also why am I here?" I asked.
Seriously, what do this people want with me?
He looked like he'd seen a ghost. I didn't even know a persons skin could go so pale. He walked to the other elf and a girl. Wait when did a black haired teal eye girl walk in here? They started whispering.
"Is she alright?"
"Obviously not"
"Did she hit her head?"
"She lost her memory somehow."
"Yeah, probably from hitting her head."
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"YES!"
"NO!"
"YES!"
"LITERALLY HOW ELSE COULD SOMEONE LOSE THEIR MEMORIES UNLESS THEY HIT THEIR HEAD?!?!?!?!?!"
"MAYBE SOMEONE WIPED HER MIND SMARTY PANTS!!"
"Oh I forgot about that."
"HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY FORGET THAT YOU ##########!!!!!!!!!!"
"I AM YOUR GIRLFRIEND YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY!!!!!"
"IM BREAKING UP WITH YOU!!!"
"NOT IF I BREAK UP WITH YOU FIRST!"
Wait their BF GF?!
Well, not anymore...
"GUYS STOP ARGUING!!! Goodness, as the adult here." The elf eyed both children.
"I would like you two to exit the room please, and go home. Your parents are probably worried. I'll sedate Kenry and see if she's better when she wakes up."
"Fine." The boy said.
"Even more fine." The girl said.
They both walked out the door.
"Drink please." The elf put a bottle to my lips, and I obeyed.
It tasted like sweet like, what was the word? And, what was it? Combined. Then I started to drift off to sleep.
