——————-ORELLA'S POV—————

Well, today was uneventful.
Unless you count me dragging my unconscious sister through the school to the healing center after she ran into someone at orientation she didn't even know.

And blowing up the alchemy room...

I walked to study hall and looked for Drex. He told me to find him at a table near the back. He said he needed to introduce me to his, "Gang." I had no idea what that meant, but I was fine with finding out. Then I spotted him waving me over.
"Orella! Glad you could make it." Drex said as I sat down on the end across from him.
At the table there is Drex, me, a girl with brown hair, light brown skin, and cobalt blue eyes, a boy with black hair, light skin, and teal eyes and they were all level three.

"I'm Amberlyn, and yeah, Im real glad you could make it." The girl said sarcastically.
Her light brown skin seemed to glow in the light.
How do I make my skin do that?
The boy snorted, and Drex just glared.

Ok then..

"Well this is our little group. We basically just discuss the weird things happening at school like gossip, pranks, that type of thing." Drex explained.
"And break ins, and attacks..." The boy laughed like a maniac. "You never know. I'm Zacary. Vanisher. Makes sneaking around a little easier.." He just laughed again.
Not a fan of the group so far.
But I do like gossip, and secrets.

"What's your guys abilities?" I asked.
I hope they weren't talentless, cus that would be awkward...

Instead of answering, Amberlyn decided to light the entire table on fire.

Probably a pyrokinetic.

I screamed and jumped back, but my clothes were already on fire.
"WHAT THE MALLOWMELT IS GOING ON?!???!?!!!" A mentor yelled.
The prodigies all started panicking and running like headless chickens while I stopped dropped and rolled. I was not on fire anymore luckily. But the others were all going to burn if nobody did something soon. The fire just got bigger and bigger while nobody knew what to do. There was no way you could get enough quicksnuff in time.

Then a huge wave and I mean HUGE appeared out of thin air and capsized the entire cafeteria. The wave hit the table and put the fire out while it washed all the people safely to the side.
Then the water settled and everyone was in shock.

Like what just happened?!?

"THANK YOU JESSIA!!!" Some prodigy screamed.
A different then prodigy came running into the cafeteria with Magnet Leto behind him. The poor principal took one look at the disaster and fell to his knees.
"WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?!?! WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?!??????!!!!!" He looked very upset.
Everyone looked at me, Drex, Amberlyn, and Zacary. Why did we stand next to each other? We looked at each other and Amberlyn stepped forward.
"I'm so sorry Magnate Leto. It was my fault. I don't know what happened. I was at the table having a conversation then I put my hands on the table and it kinda just happened." She brushed a strand of her chocolate brown hair behind her ear and looked truly sorry.
"I'm not even a pyrokinetic. I'm a conjurer."

And with that everyone's even more confused than they already are.

"I appreciate your honesty, Miss Amberlyn. It looks like you are one of the rare few with multiple abilities! Given the circumstances, I'll let you off with a warning. But if you do anything like this again I will be forced to punish you thoroughly." He smiled and left the room.

Finally their is someone else with more than one ability, I thought.

"Well everyone start cleaning up." A mentor said.
The amount of groans that came from the prodigies sounded like an angry mob of zombies.
Then someone grabbed my arm and me pulled back, through the crowd, and out the door. I looked over and Drex, Amberlyn, and Zacary were all with me. The person holding my arm was, um, I guess it must have been Drex.

Huh. That's a little odd.

"Follow me!" Zacary whisper screamed.
"No follow me!" Amberlyn argued.
"I'll lead just be quiet and be very sneaky!" Drex said as he stepped in front of the group and speed walked through halls, turns, and up to the level three wing of the glass pyramid. We only had to duck to the side a couple times to avoid people in the halls.

He walked to a locker and opened it.
Then he stepped inside.
"Wha—" I stared to say when he disappeared into thin air.

Must have a leaping crystal or something..

"This leads to our headquarters. No one knows it's here. And you will not be the one to tell will you?"
Zacary stared at me quite intensely until I assured him I would not tell.
We all walked inside the locker one at a time until we were all in the weird looking black room they called their headquarters.

It's a large square room, with black walls, black ceiling, and black floor. It has desks across the back wall, a little living area, and a pin board with some prank suspects. I sighed when I saw Kenryana's photo. Word really does travel fast around here. I hope she's doing good in the healing center. Though I would assume she'd be back by now. The room looks more like a spy hangout the some teenagers hangout.
"Any sus?" Amberlyn asked the room.
Everyone said "Nope" at the same time I said "what."

"Any suspicious behavior that kinda thing." She explained.

Oh. Maybe Retsopmi...

Instead I asked, "how did you build this place?"

"Oh, it was a gift from a friend." Drex said.
"And that's not the least bit suspicious?" I asked.
"Nope!" He grinned.
I looked at another pinboard on the right wall. It said, "suspicious behavior" and had all kinds of faces in it. Even a couple mentors. Then I remembered school must be over! I don't want my parents to be worried.
"I gotta go. See you around!" I said as I pulled out my home crystal. Then it didn't work.
"Oh we are underground. Your gonna have to use this." Amberlyn handed me what looked like a normal home crystal.
"Thanks. What's different about this crystal?" I asked.
"Don't ask"
"Um ok bye see ya later" I said as I leaped away.
