Plague called us at the citadel,where once Vicky used to go.Where I met her last time , kissed her and even managed to quarrel a little with her.

What the hell am I doing? I will not think about her. Plague will see my thoughts.

She said,it would be fun . Although her fun was not funny for us.Fencio was also resurrected. When I saw him, I wanted to send him to nonexistence back. Such a traitor. Now he joined plague too. Who could have doubt that .

Plague was sitting on the throne,with her hands clutching armrests. She ordered acolyte to bring a prisoner.Malbonte,I ,dino , Mimi ,torendo and fencio were standing around her.She brought my mother here too.I was glancing towards her , I didn't knew what was she wanted to do with her. Then I saw....

Pike brought......Vicky?

Oh Vicky!

Seeing her,I was releived but concerned too. She was so weak and had lost so much weight. She could barely stand on her feet. I avoided looking at her. I decided to make her believe that I don't love her anymore. Because that was the only way to keep her safe.

Plague sprang up on her throne,she pressed her clasped hands to her lips and joyfully exclaimed
Plague: oh my little bird!I can't even tell you are immortal!you have lost so much weight.

Oh Shepha, I wanna kill her!

Plague: you aren't so perfect creatures afterall.

Malbonte: she was imprisoned without food or water for three months , it's not wonder .

Vicky scowled at him as if she didn't want him to be alive.

Me neither.

She tried to look at me but I looked away . I wanted to hug her,to hide her from Plague but I couldn't.I don't deserve her love. She should hate me.

Plague: so ,did the little bird like the cage or is she ready to spread her wings.

Vicky: someday I will put you in a smaller cage.

I was glancing at Lilith only. Plague could have done anything to her anytime.

Plague burst out laughing.

Plague: Ah! Empty hopes. The more you hope the sweeter your despair will be.

Plague seized my mother beside her and roughly pulled her close.

I was just anticipating what her actions will be,what could happen to my mother.
You wretch! Once I free her, you will pay with your life for your deeds.

I clenched my jaw,but didn't show any expressions.

Plague: This is .....Eve.

Huh?She is Lilith.Has she gotten mad?

Vicky took a few hesitant steps. It was clear that it was difficult for her to stay on her feet.

Vicky : who are you? Why...( Her voice dropped to whisper) Why are you standing next to her? Why don't you fight?

I am guilty,I didn't even tell you who my mother is.

She took a few more steps but stumbled and dropped to one knee.
Plague chuckled watching her like that.
She was trying to get up,but her muscles were shaking.I couldn't stop myself from going there to help her.

I extended my hand to her.

Plague angrily slammed the hand down the armrests.
Plague: did I give you permission to help her?

I was not afraid of her obviously but I knew she has my mother. She could do anything to her for my this behaviour.So I tried to cover it with an excuse.
My hands trembled but I didn't receded.I turned my head to Plague and said," We don't have time for her to stand up".
Then I looked at Vicky again.
