It was Friday after noon and I had just finished school and I met my older brother Ashton outside to go home. As soon as I spotted him in the parking lot and he ran up and hugged me and asked me if I wanted to go to his band practice that was apparently happening right now. I really had no choice but to say yes so we got and the car and drove off to his friends house.
We pulled up into the drive way of a cute little red house. When I stepped out of the car I could hear soft music coming from the garage and could hear muffled laughs of teenage boys. Ashton started walking towards the garage so I slowly followed behind him because I honestly didn't want to be here. When we finally got to the door Ashton opened it and a wave of axe body spray and pizza flooded my nostrils. It wasn't my favorite smell but by the look of things I could already tell these guys were wicked cute especially the short blond one. He was extremely cute, he had blue eyes and the most adorable smile. He was perfect. I was soon interrupted in my dreamy thoughts about him when one of the boys yelled "Aye Ash who's this cutie"?
That made me blush a little and he winked at me. He was a fairly tan boy who had dark hair and brown eyes and a very cute laugh.
"Oh boys this is my sister, Nicole, thought I would bring her around so she could see what we do but don't get any ideas I will beat you"
"Well welcome! There's pizza over there and sodas in the fridge. Make yourself at home" said the fringe-tastic dirty blond boy. He had a really cute nose that I just wanted to boop.
" Right there that weird looking Asian boy, that's Calum"
"AYE THATS NOT FUNNY ASH"
"Over there that's Michael and that's Luke"
Luke was staring at me a little weirdly, not like a creepy way but not in a admiration way either. He seemed a little different, but I made my way over to the fridge and grabbed a coke and sat down on the little sofa in the corner and waited for them to begin. They talked for a little bit about what they were gonna sing but they couldn't decide which led to an argument between Calum and Michael. They were trying to choose between Teenage Dirtbag and an Ed Sheeran song I had never heard of. After the argument went on for a while they decided to turn to me to pick one because I was the audience. I picked Teenage dirtbag and then they started the camera and began.
They all sang very well together but they have a little improving to do. I didn't pay much attention to anyone besides Luke. something about him was just so different and adorable at the same time. When the song was over they stopped the camera and Ashton turned to me and said " So what did you think"?
" It was good, a little more practice and it will be perfect"
" okay well maybe you can coach us since I know you're a pretty good singer" Ashton said back.
"Wait she can sing"? Luke asked
"Yeah I sing a little not much though"
" would you maybe sing something for us"? He responded.
"Eh I don't know, I haven't really sang in front of so many people" I was shy when it came to me singing.
" would you ever sing for me sometime" he asked hopefully
"possibly" I said a little flirty
" alright alright you guess can flirt another time we have to get on with this practice" Michael said.
About an hour later the practice was officially over and Luke approached me when the rest of the boys went to go put their instruments in Michael's room.
" I really would like to hear you sing sometime, do you think I could have your number"? He smirked at me
" Yeah I think that could be a possibility" I flirted back
I wrote my number into his phone and told him to text me later and left to meet Ashton in the car.
" so do you think you'll want to come to any more practices"?
"Yeah I just might like that" I smiled.
