Sebastian
Janet lay peacefully in bed until the alarm clock buzzed at 6:00AM. Groggily, she reached over to turn it off, hoping to snag a few more minutes of sleep. But at 7:00Am, the alarm blared again, jolting her awake.
"For fuck's sake, I'm up! You really disturbing my sweet sleep with your incessant noise!" Janet exclaimed, frustration etched on her face. She let out a heavy sigh, slumping back on the bed, and stared at the ceiling.
"Ugh, I have to face that weird, striking, and handsome med lab teacher again today. Oh God, I need to find ways to avoid him. Seeing his face brings back those crazy thoughts of yesterday, eww, I can feel goosebumps all over my body!" She screamed and slammed her hand against her forehead. Just then, her mom knocked in the door, and Janet anticipated her question.
"It's open, Mom, and no, I'm not masturbating!"
Her mom entered, speaking quickly, "I'm running late and have to cover Mrs green's shift at the clinic today since she's not around. Plus, I have a night shift and have to spend time with Felicia for the next two days, so."
Janet's mom started to explain, but Janet cut her off, "So roughly, you would be back next week. And, mom, please remember, I'm a grown woman now. You don't need to worry about me, focus on what you're doing. And, finally," Janet said, giving her mom a pointed look. "I won't have to hear that annoying laughter and noise from that ridiculous show you're obsessed with, Billy the Dog." She mimicked her mom's enthusiasm, rolling her eyes.
Janet's mom teased. "Oh, don't worry dear, I'll try to survive without you. And if you need some companionship, which I think you would actually need, please limit it to just one guy." Janet's face turned red with frustration.
"Mom, Stop it! Go away!" She exclaimed, crossing her arms over her chest and giving her mom a stern glare. Her mom chuckled, patted her forehead, and exited the room, leaving Janet to prepare for school with a sigh of relief. On her way to school, a car sped past a puddle, sending water flying everywhere.
Janet was caught off guard and stood there, frozen, as the car approached rapidly. She closed her eyes, bracing for the impact, but seconds later, she realized the water hadn't splashed on her.
She opened her eyes to find Clinton standing in front of her, his arms wide open, shielding her from the water. Janet was taken aback, suprised by Clinton's quick thinking.
Meanwhile, I observed the scene, thinking, I wanted to save her, but he beat me to it. I'll just note the license plate number and send it to Blake to teach him a lesson for his reckless driving.
Janet exclaimed, "Clinton, the hell, you sucked!"
I thought, I wonder if she'd care if I was the one that got splashed. Janet apologized. "I'm so sorry for this mess. You could have let the water splash on me.
She began cleaning Clinton's shirt, prompting me to think. How dare she touch another man's clothing? When she realizes what she is truly is to me, I'll teach her a lesson and make sure she regrets it. Anger brewed inside me.
Clinton reassured Janet, "Don't apologize. I'm happy you're not the one who got splashed. And don't bother cleaning the shirt. I'll just get a new one." He gently held her hands, calming her down.
"Are you dumb, Sebastian," My wolf, Sin, growled, his annoyance palpable. "Do they look like a display portrait to you, something to be admired from afar? You've been enduring this whole mess since you noticed them."
I couldn't argue with Sin, he was right. He couldn't tolerate someone else holding his mate. I'd had enough scene unfolding before me, so I walked over to them, my approach slow and deliberate.
"Do you mind coming with me?" Clinton asked, his head hung low, expecting rejection.
But Janet suprised him with a gentle reply, "Oh don't give me that look, you saved me, it's the least I can do."
He smiled and took Janet's hand, they were about leaving the school entrance, but I held Janet's other hand. Out of curiosity, she turned, and anger brewed inside her when she saw me.
"What are you doing, Mr Sebastian? Let go of my hand!" Janet demanded, her voice firm but laced with a hint of fear. Her hands were held separately by Clinton and me, with neither of us showing any intention of releasing our grip.
The air was thick with tension, as we radiated a strong aura and palpable sense of malice, Our eyes locked in a silent challenge, each of us itching to tear the othe apart. Strangely, Clinton didn't budge, his expression unreadable.
I knew my gut feeling was right about him, he was no ordinary guy. I turned my gaze to Janet, giving her a hard glare. She withered under my stare, her eyes dropping in submission.
"Where do you think you're going?" I asked, my voice firm and authoritative.
"Why do you care to know?" Janet replied, her tone stern. "Can you let go of my hand? This is quite embarrassing." I felt a surge of anger at her words.
Quite embarrassing, What a coy little bitch, I thought.
Janet's inner monologue echoed in my mind, This was what I was trying to prevent, Why is he even here? Oh God, please don't let me be on the school headline for this kind of shit.
I interrupted her thoughts, my voice firm. "I won't let go of your hand, Janet. You're coming with me, right now," I pulled her hand gently but firmly away from Clinton. My grip unyielding.
"I won't go with you, Mr Sebastian. You have no right to tell me what to do," Janet said, her voice firm as she forcefully removed her hands from my grip.
I felt a sting from her sudden movement, and I couldn't help but think, Where did she get that strength from? I was taken aback, my eyes wide with suprise.
I mind link with Sin. "Did you feel that, Sin? The energy that emitted from her? Her strength is mind blowing. I'm impressed," I gave him a smirk, and Sin was overjoyed, sensing his mate awakening.
Janet took Clinton's hand, holding it tight, and I felt a surge of anger. My wolf wanted to take over, but as a lycan, I had the advantage of taming my wolf down. Anger brewed inside me as she walked away, her nerve palpable.
"Seems you don't want to talk about last night amicably with me," I yelled, knowing what would happen next.
Janet halted in her track, her heart racing erratically.
Clinton noticed her reaction and asked, "Are you okay, Janet. You look shocked. What happened last night? Clinton's eyes narrowed.
Janet's eyes widened, her face pale, as if she was trying to recall something.
"I..i..i don't know what he's talking about," She stammered, her voice barely audible. She spun around, her eyes locking onto mine with an intensity that made me take notice.
I was standing far feet away from her, but I closed the distance between us, my long strides eating up the space. As I drew nearer, I studied her expression, my smirk growing wider despite her obvious irritation. I didn't care, it wasn't my problem she was so easily rilled up.
I leaned in, my height advantage, allowing me to whisper in her ear. My warm breath danced across her skin, and she held her breath, her eyes widening as she felt my bare skin touch hers. Just be my girlfriend already, You're my one and only mate, I thought.
"I smelled your arousal and yearning for me last night, Miss Janet," I whispered, my voice low and husky. I straighted up, a sly smile spreading across my face as I took in her reaction. Her eyes went wide with shock, her face pale, as if she was horrified by my words. But I knew the truth, she was drawn to me, and she couldn't deny it forever.
