Hanbin returned to the police station, his heart pounding. He knew he had to stay calm to avoid raising suspicion. As he entered, he was greeted by his partner, who looked worried.

"Did you find anything?" his partner asked.

Hanbin shook his head, trying to appear frustrated. "Nothing. I checked the warehouse district, but there was no sign of them. It's like they vanished."

His partner sighed, running a hand through his hair. "This isn't good. The chief is furious. We need to find them before they cause more trouble."

"I know," Hanbin replied, keeping his voice steady. "I'll keep looking. Maybe we can check other areas tomorrow."

As they spoke, the police chief approached, his expression stern. "Hanbin, any updates?"

Hanbin looked him straight in the eye, trying to project confidence. "Nothing, chief. I checked the warehouse district, but found nothing. It's like they disappeared."

The chief frowned, clearly dissatisfied. "Keep looking. We can't let them run loose."

"Understood, chief," Hanbin responded, nodding. "I'll do everything I can to find them."

With that, the chief walked away, leaving Hanbin and his partner. Hanbin felt a momentary relief, but he knew the danger wasn't over yet.

"Let's go over the reports again," his partner suggested. "Maybe we missed something."

Hanbin nodded and headed to his desk, trying to focus on the papers in front of him. But his mind kept drifting back to Gyuvin and Ricky, hoping they were safe in the tunnel.

That night, as he reviewed the reports, Hanbin received a text message on his phone. It was from an unknown number, but the content was clear: "We're safe. Thanks, brother."

Hanbin smiled, feeling a wave of relief. He knew he had done the right thing, even though the road ahead would be complicated. But for now, his friends were safe, and that was what mattered.
