My eyes open as my alarm, which is Do It by Chloe x Halle, starts playing. I quickly sit up and lean over to reach my phone on my bedside table and turn it off. I made that song my ringtone for a reason. As much as I love Chloe x Halle, I can't stand that song. It's been overplayed so much that I hate hearing it, so it's easy for me to wake up when I hear it, even if only just to turn it the hell off.
I stretch my arms and my legs, my mouth opening so wide for me to yawn that it makes the corners of my mouth hurt.
I toss the sheets and blanket off of me and I get out of bed. I yawn again as I get to my feet and then I make my bed.
I walk into the bathroom and take off my pajamas. I take my towel and washcloth off of the rack where the whole family hangs our towels. I turn on the shower and hang my towel on the beam that holds the shower rack in place.

I put my hand on the rim of the tub in order to prop myself up while I test the water with my other hand. It's warm enough, so I stuff my hair into a shower cap and step in.
I cover my washcloth with soap and go over my neck gently, scrubbing lightly when it comes to my breasts, stomach, shoulders and arms. When I get to my legs and my feet, I'm scrubbing.
Once I'm done rinsing off, I turn off the shower and grab my towel. I step out of the shower and dry myself off before wrapping the towel around my body. I leave the bathroom and walk back into my room.
Once there, I pick out clothes for me to wear and I lay them on my bed. I put on my swimsuit and then my clothes. (Same one she wore when the girls went to the pool)

After I put on my clothes, I open Spotify on my phone and play my getting ready playlist but just as I sit in the chair before my mirror, I get the bright idea to make a TikTok out of it. So I get up and get my iPad from the other side of the room where it's plugged up. I start playing the playlist on my tablet as I prop my phone up to start filming.
I lightly rub coco butter on my face. Normally, I'd do my makeup, but we're going to the beach and I plan to get in the water. I do my edges and then I put large silver hoop earrings in my ears.
I stop filming and walk over to the kitchen. I put my phone down on the counter. I reach up on my tiptoes to grab the bagels off of the top of the fridge and once I have them, I open up the bag by taking that little plastic thing off.
(Y'all know what thing is either...)
I take one bagel out and take a knife out from a drawer to cut the bagel in half. I place the two halves in the toaster.
