Life.
We all want to go through a long and happy life!
But sometimes it never comes true.

There was a lot of noise in the dining room, which was not surprising since many Teletubbies came here at lunchtime to buy food.
The dining hall consisted of many long tables with benches, on which many prisoners were already sitting. There were also separate round tables on the sides of the mess hall, which were meant for the hold workers, but sometimes the prisoners occupied them as well. And they got nothing for it. It was still some kind of favor on the part of the prison's working staff. And there were a lot of tables. So there was enough room for everyone.
There was also an iron grate along the wall where the buffet was located. In a sense it was for beauty, but it was necessary to fence off the dining room from the buffet and the place where the food was. This was done so that particularly rowdy prisoners could not sneak into the cafeteria to get food at night or at lunchtime.
Even though there was a curfew at night, many Teletubbies still managed to escape.
Now there was a huge line for food behind that iron grate. And in that same line were Miles (Maila) and Iris.
Maila was looking at and memorizing everyone in the dining room. She was very curious. She had only been born a few hours ago, and already she could control her body and explore the outside world. It was very interesting and for the children exciting.
She realized that if she looked around too much, suspicions would arise. After all, Miles had been in this prison for two years and knew the whole place. Every corner and every speck of dust.
So she began to scroll quickly through all the memories to understand something about the structure of this prison. With each memory, she began to understand more and more what had brought their minds to such a deplorable state.
Father, mother... Orphanage. Kiv as their foster father. Their foster brother, his death. The army, the war... The loss of family and friends, coworkers.
The same urge to protect Miles... That little, original child, played in her again.
To protect his family.
Protect her brothers.
Protect her boys.
"Miles... "
Maila looked at the one who had called out the original person's name.
It was the Iris. Mila looked at the little Teletubby and asked softly.
"What is it? "
She saw the Iris face twist sharply. Did she say something wrong? The Iris gestured that she wanted to say something in her ear. Maila crouched down, since the Iris was about as far as she could reach from the TV.
"You just said that in too much of a woman's voice. Miles has a different one." -the Iris whispered.
Oops. Maila realized abruptly. She looked around to make sure no one was looking at them. No one was even paying attention to them. She smiled nervously and coughed.
The ability to change her voice was a very good ability for them. She remembered that slightly gruff smoky voice of Sergeant Miles.
"What's an Iris? What do you want to eat? "- yes! She managed to say it in Miles' voice.
