I promise...
I believe.
I hope.
We'll always be together.

"So, uh. Dipsy and I are assholes." - Tink said with bitterness in his voice.
"I've noticed. You two are two boots of retardation." - said the sergeant with a smile on his face.
"..." - Tink remained silent, but he still had to answer. - "Thank you."
"You're welcome." - The sergeant smiled.
Miles pulled out one of his cigarettes and offered it to Tinky Winky. But the purple neighbor declined.
"I don't smoke." - he refused.
"Hah, good for you. When I was your age, I was already drinking and smoking." - the sergeant was blowing off steam.
"So you had a wild lifestyle?"
"Military."
"What?" - Tinky didn't understand.
"I was already in the military when I was 20. First a regular soldier, and then I made sergeant. That rank stayed with me for four years.... And then I ended up here." - he looked at Tinky, who was listening intently. - "So are you going to continue your story?" - The sergeant asked, lying back in his chair.
Tinky Winky nodded quickly. The sergeant's posture was both relaxed and menacing. He was definitely in control of the situation now.
- Anyway. Not only do I have a brother named Dipsy. But I also have two sisters. La-la and Poe. Po is the youngest of us. After our parents died. I don't know what killed them. But... I was 17 at the time, and as the oldest, I had to look for a job. But Uncle White saved us.
What Miles heard shocked him.
"White is your uncle? " - he asked with a shocked look on his face.
"Huh? Yeah. But not my own. He was a friend of our family. And when he found out that our parents were dead, he took us into his house."
Miles almost swallowed his cigarette at that.
"Well, that explains it. Why he's so mad right now. You and your brother went to prison. They put you in a cell with a crazy inmate. If I were him, I'd be running around trying to get you into my brother's cell."
"Yeah. White is good in that regard..." - Tinky exhaled. - "After we started living with him... We started helping him out. La-la babysat little Po. Dipsy helped me earn money. White was working here at the prison by then."
"And how did you and your brother get here?"
"We, uh. We started selling drugs."
Miles pretended he wasn't surprised. But his face gave away that he wanted to laugh. That was dumb.
"Fucking great, kid. Selling drugs is a little better than murder. You get less time."
"Yeah. We got caught eventually. White. He always wondered how Dipsy and me got so much money. We lied and said we worked construction. Only me and Dipsy knew the truth." - he smiled painfully. - "And then White and Poe and La-la and the cops found out the truth..."
That was the last straw.
Miles laughed. His laughter grew angrier and angrier with each passing second, and finally Altre took control.
He abruptly stood up from the table and started laughing.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! PATSY!!! YOU'RE A MORON! OKAY I'M A MILITARY MAN KILLING MY COMRADES, BUT YOU! AHAHAHAHA!" - he kept laughing like a rooster.
