The atmosphere at Alex's house calmed down again. They all tried to calm themselves.
"So what should we do now, Riz?" asks Lookaew's dad to Anda dad.
"I don't know what's going to happen now," Anda dad replied.
"Hmm, can you tell me why you're so insistent on Lookaew marrying Alex?" Lookaew asked.
"Since you were little, we made an agreement to marry you to this family member," Lookaew's dad replied.
"So this marriage is because of the agreement you made earlier, right? I has to marry this family member?" Lookaew asked.
"Yes, it's my final decision," Lookaew's dad replied.
"Are you willing to marry Lookaew to Alex, the drug addict?" Lookaew asked.
Lookaew's dad fell silent upon hearing Lookaew's words.
"Looks like I, Lookaew, will get married, but not to Alex," Lookaew said.
"Then who do you want to marry?" Lookaew's dad asked.
"I will agree to this marriage if I am matched with Anda," Lookaew replied.
"What do you mean, Lookaew?" Anda ask.
"You also said you're Uncle Riz's child," Lookaew replied.
Anda were surprised by Lookaew's words.
"I agree that this girl will marry my grandchild," Anda grandma added.
She had actually been at Alex's house for a while and had secretly listened to their conversation.
"Grandma?" Anda ask.
"Yes, I am your grandma," Anda grandma replied.
"What is mama doing here?" Anda dad asked.
"Don't call me mama. I'm not your mother-in-law anymore," Anda grandma scolded.
"How did grandma know I'm here?" Anda asked.
"Of course I know. You are my only grandchild," Anda grandma replied.
"Okay grandma," Anda said resigning.
"What's your name?" Anda grandma asked Lookaew.
"My name is Lookaew Marissa, ma'am," Lookaew replied.
"Okay, now I want to ask, did you both sleep together at the hotel last night?" Anda grandma asked.
"No grandma, it's all a misunderstanding. I know im not a good kid, but please trust us," Anda replied.
"That's right ma'am. Anda just helped me last night," Lookaew added.
"Okay good. Riz, is it true that this marriage is based on your agreement with her parents?" Anda grandma asked.
"Yes ma'am," Anda dad replied.
"If that's the case, then Anda should be the one marrying this girl, not Alex," Anda grandma replied.
"Mother doesn't need to meddle in Riz's family affairs," Anda dad said.
"You're acting so high and mighty. What did your wife do? Don't you realize that she's your biological child, not Alex?" Anda grandma retorted.
Anda dad just kept silent.
"In that case, I want Anda to marry this girl instead of Alex if you really stick to your agreement. My decision is final!" Anda grandma shouted.
"But mama... before Anda dad could speak, her grandma interrupted.
"I said it's final! If not, I will make Anda take back everything he has ever given you, Riz. Acting so high and mighty when all the wealth you and your family have is actually Anda Ownership!" Anda grandma shouted again.
Anda dad just nodded in understanding.
"What is all this, Riz? What about this marriage?" Lookaew's dad asked.
"You heard what my mother-in-law said. Let's just go ahead and marry Anda to your daughter," Anda dad replied.
Lookaew's dad sighed heavily.
"Are both of you agreeable to this marriage?" Lookaew's dad asked.
Lookaew and Anda nodded in agreement.
"Okay, if that's the case, you will be married tonight," Lookaew's dad said.
Lookaew and Anda were shocked to hear the words from Lookaew's dad.
"What! Tonight?" Lookaew asked.
"Yes, tonight. You two are so eager," Anda dad added.
