As Prentiss and I began walking into the main room, Aaron started the profile, eyeing me suspiciously.

"We're looking for a pair of white males in their late twenties to early thirties who've developed a pattern of overkill, followed by remorse. This usually points to a dominant-submissive partnership." Aaron said as I took my spot next to him.

"The submissive follows the rules and knows the dominants type. He obtains the victims, and disposes of the bodies once the dominant has completed his killing ritual." Reid continued.

"What's the ritual?" An office asked.

"It most likely involved some form of bondage, all of the victims have identical bruises on their thighs, but we're not sure if that's done during the capture or kill," Prentiss said.

"There's no sexual assault, which tells us the dominant is likely impotent or is experimenting with other forms of sexual release." Rossi continued.

"We often refer to this as a thrill kill. The dominant is inducing pain and creating terror without a sexual element. This provides him stimulation and excitement." Morgan said.

"Like an adrenaline rush." The same officer stated.

"Exactly. The thrill of the murder is only a temporary fix. Like a narcotic, the violence satisfies his senses for a time, then fades. This is likely why his cooling-off period is nonexistent." Morgan continued.

"Despite a public investigation, the unsubs have continued killing. Their risk of getting caught does not trump their need to kill." I finished. Morgan's phone rang as I was finishing.

"Thank you, everyone," Aaron said, before turning towards the group.

"Babygirl, you're on speaker," Morgan said into the phone.

"I charge extra for groups," Garcia said, before clearing her throat and continuing. There was mixed laughter throughout the group.

"I got all the information on the latest victim. Julie Harmon was a sexual surrogate, they help people get their get-it-on on. It's like having a hall pass with your therapist." Garcia stated.

"Does she have a list of patients?" Morgan asked.

"Oh I'm sure she does, but I can't find anything electronically. She probably kept them in file or on the down low." She said.

"Alright, thank you, mama," Morgan said before hanging up.

"A sexual surrogate is a very specific type," Aaron said.

"It's like they were trying to fix something. Why else would you call a therapist?" Prentiss said.

"They do treat patients with all types of disabilities, whether it's developmental, physical, or emotional," Reid said.

"My guess is all three. Let's look at the physical, he's got the upper body strength to kill but the victim's bruises tell us that he was using restraints." Morgan said.

"Only, there no around the hands and feet where you'd typically restrain a victim. They're tram line bruises around the thighs." Rossi said.

"It's as if they're straddling a chair. Physical infirmities, and strong arms. What if the unsub's in a wheelchair?" Reid said.

"That would explain the van parked in the loading zone. Handicap permits grant access all over the city." I said as Prentiss took her phone out of her pocket.
