Blackout power's
consume and replicate.
The power to eat anything and with time make a clone of himself that he can control with ease and if need transfer his mind and soul to when in danger. This power can make it so any tech he eats he can make be at a space bridge or an entire ship he can even make a bigger body like the art cover.
Combined.
The power to fuse with another being to grant them power kind of like the mini cons from transformers Armada but more closely fused. This power can even let him take control of lesser cybertronians like scraplets and some mini cons.
Tiny tech.
The power to create anything with his body and doubles this can be anything as long as there is enough of him and he has the energy to pull it off he is like a walking crafting table only his body is both the materials and the table at the same time.
Upgrade
The power to make anything better as long as he is not rushed and there is enough material to make said upgrade.
World Travel.
It allows him to go to another world but given his power he needs to be very careful.
Blackout is very small at the start so he wont be interacting with anyone till like mid way through the war on cybertron his size is microscopic.

Blackout's personality
Loyal to the core if your on the same side show him kindness and respect he will show you the same.
Calm but can be very hyper if over loaded on energon or on a power high due to new upgrades he has gained.
Humours he will try to make small joke's be it dark or light sided joke's depends on his mood.
Blackout's looks will be almost the same as the front cover of the page.
blackout will have modes he will go into.
1 cold steel. cold steel is the mode where blackout will be less talkative unless he see's it as needed in this state all his is about his growing and expanding his clone and drone stores nothing will be of importance unless he talks note of it even if he is called out to by a friend this is also the mode he is in when he starts off in the mine as his tone goes from lets explore to lets gather my forces and expand it's kinda like his own shockwave mode.
2 massacre mode. massacre mode is when nothing will stop him from killing what is in his way or he is very mad in this state all his clone's and drones will be absorbed into him making him a laser shooting speed demon.
3 blackout. As the name implies it's just him normal as can be no must create an army or kill everything in sight just hello friend how are you type of normal.

Story growth
even if it seems blackout is growing very fast just know that by chapter 4 he is still so small you would need a micro-scope to see him even an ant is bigger then him he is worried about being spotted on cybertron due to not knowing much about cybertronians biology so he has no clue if they can see his mini clones.
The growth of Blackout will be fast and slow at time's depending on the quality and amount of resources he has with how he is right now it will take him a very long time to be the size of a small action figure let alone a bot the size of the mini cons in transformers RID.
